Il nostro appartamento è un affitto per non fumatori, situato su una proprietà per non fumatori *. L'appartamento è di nuova costruzione all'interno del nostro garage di nuova costruzione. Ingresso privato nel cortile laterale. Appartamento composto da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio, cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e poltrone in stile bar, soggiorno con divano letto e bagno completo con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Lo spazio contiene anche un ulteriore soppalco con un letto matrimoniale. È nuovo e ha un'atmosfera accogliente ma contemporanea!
La struttura è situata in posizione centrale, a meno di tre miglia dal lago Champlain, dall'Università del Vermont e dal centro di Burlington. Siamo a 30 minuti da Bolton Valley, a 45 minuti da Stowe e Smuggs e 50 minuti da Sugarbush. Escursionismo, sci e tramonti sul lago sono tutti nelle immediate vicinanze!

We had a great stay! Amy and Brent are great hosts! Everything was as advertised. It was nice to have a few local treats provided as a little gift/treat for us to to try.
I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

We stayed in Burlington for 2 nights and this location was perfect. Very close to town and not too far away from the hike we wanted to do. Very clean and lots of amenities. It felt like we were home.

Amy was a stellar host! The property was spotless and there was so much attention to detail, we felt welcomed and right at home the moment we walked through the door. I don't think I've ever had a stay where there was this much thought put into the supplies and furnishings. Extremely clear and concise instructions and more suggestions of things to do than you can shake a stick at. Mindfulness would be a good way to explain the vibe here.
We only stayed a couple days in the area, but when we return you better bet I am looking Amy's place up again, and if I could give six stars, I could!

An amazing location, a well appointed apartment and hospitable hosts! Amy and Brent have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. The space is crisp and clean, and for someone with allergies and asthma, I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and use of unscented organic products throughout. The kitchen has everything you need and we really used it, along with the outdoor bbq and outdoor seating area. There is so much to do and see in Vermont, and we look forward to returning to this little home away from home.

Only positive things to say about our 2 nights stay! The hosts were so nice and accommodating, place was well maintained, super quiet and so clean ! There is everything you need for cooking, a nice grill, and chairs outside to chill... We will return for sure when in the area !

We loved our stay at Brent and Amy’s place. It was clean and cozy! They left us a personal mixed note and had all the information we needed organized in a binder. We also enjoyed the special touches of beer, cheese and Vermont beef sticks left for us as well as the chocolates on our beds!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as remembered! It’s conveniently located to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Burlington. The apartment is well stocked with essentials and cooking gear. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment met all of our expectations. It was clean and appealing. Checking in was very easy. The hosts were very pleasant and accomodating and we enjoyed our brief conversations. We would highly recommend this property to others staying near Burlington.

We had a great stay at this little apartment. Very conveniently located. The owners were very accommodating and prompt with communication. They made sure our checkin went well and followed up to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. The rental was as listed and had everything we needed. Would stay here again the next time we are in Burlington!

I’ve rented a lot of properties in this area over the years, but this was the best! Completely stocked with everything you would need. Amy was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I will definitely be back!

Amy & Brent truly made our stay go beyond expectations - from their accommodations, open communication & kind gestures. Their space is immediately welcoming & cozy, with the added bonus of some personal touches of VT in the form of various treats. The communication, check-in & check-out process were smooth & seamless. We were provided with many amenities which left us wanting for nothing, we were aware of safety measures in place, what was available within minutes of our surroundings, & recommendations on local spots for food, fun, & exploration. With high hopes of frequent trips to Burlington in our future, we will most certainly be back to their space. Thank you so very much for a great stay!

This property was amazing. It was super close to UVM, downtown Burlington and yummy breweries. Brent and Amy were excellent hosts, checking in to make sure everything about our stay was good and the Vermont touches such as beers from local breweries, cheese, chocolates and Maple syrup were exceptionally nice touches. I would stay here again.

Thank you Amy ans Brent, your place is perfect and thank you for being such gracious hosts. The place is modern, clean and has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed cooking In the fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is close to stores, the university and downtown Burlington. We will definitely be back.

Our daughter is at UVM soWe’ve stayed at many, many hotels and or vrbo’s, this one was great! Very small, but very very good use of space. Window high in trees for light, loft tucked up in eaves and incredibly cozy. Amy had everything from Covid tests, to Benadryl. Tea and coffee and very well stocked kitchen and bath! Excellent spot. You will need a car to get to campus or church street. Grocery and target less than 1/2 mike away. Perfect.

Very well kept apt fully stocked and ready to enjoy ! Close to the Burlington Airport. Lots of space for a family of 4 . My teenage son loved the privacy of the loft , my girls and I had plenty of room between the bedroom and living room pull out couch . Laundry room was a plus ! A hidden gem of a apt not to be missed !

Very modern space with everything. Although we did not take advantage, there was a full kitchen, loft space. We did use the washing machine and dryer though. Such a wonderful location. It was close to everything: restaurants, downtown, Shelburne, etc.

Amy's lovely, updated guest house was comfortable and quiet. Convenient neighborhood and our hosts were gracious and responsive. We tried several of Amy's local recommendations and every one was spot-on. Smooth move-in weekend and a great stay in Burlington!

Thank you for providing such a great place to stay during our visit to VT! The location is close to everything with a lot of privacy. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches - local drinks and goodies and all the tips given. The space is comfortable and well appointed. My girls loved the sleeping loft and having their own space.

Great comfortable retreat for busy weekend!
My daughter and I were in Burlington for an annual soccer tournament. We stayed in hotels in the past, but having the space and amenities to fall back and recharge was fantastic. Brent and & Amy were very hospitable and their place is quiet, private, very well kept and nice Vermont & Canadian touches that welcome you as soon as you step inside!

Perfect base for adventures!!
The cleanest place with everything you could possibly need or want. Very well laid out. Easy to get in and out and close to town and outdoor adventures. Incredibly nice and helpful host. I had a perfect stay and hope to return. I travel a lot and this was legit one of my all time favorite places to stay.
