Very nice view. Nice and kind staff!!!

Very good location, and big apartment. Parking at the place, efficient AC, and working Wifi. Very close to the beach.

We had the appartment located in the mezzanine, unfortunately it was stinky (mold and smoking smell). The apartment was not very clean, and overall equipment old. The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable.

Clean sheets, big apartment, parking, free wifi, good location.

Supposed to be with balcony but it was mould stinking basement. Good apartment but needs general cleaning.

1. The place has a view with the sea, and located close to the sea. 2. The owner was kind, helpful.

We left the apartment at the beginning of our stay, and booked an other place. 1. The apartment had a strange smell. (Mold) 2. It was dirty. The floor and the tables were full of crumbs. (During the coronavirus pandemic, it is outrageous) 3. The furniture and the condition of the apartment is terrible and repellent. 4. The beds were really uncomfortable. 5. The guests under the 2nd floor were noisy through the night. 6. The apartment is old, neglected, wantless. 7. The walls had several holes.

The apartment had a nice view towards the sea and the overall location was more or less convenient. The rooms were large enough to accommodate a family of five. The facility included all the basics one needs for a stay.

The beach is not 150m from beach as stated on www.booking.com (not even bee-line). There was a nasty smell coming from the toilet (sewage problem). Upon arrival the whole apartment smelled after cigarettes. The rooms including the kitchen would needs some refurbishing. Interestingly enough, Villa Niki is called Villa Ozana on the house. The host just left the keys in the door; didn't see him, thus I cannot evaluate him accordingly.
