Clean clean house. Large and historic. Very well equipped. Kitchen had everything. Nice deck, nice yard. Rooms were huge. 4 upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs which was ideal for my 85 year old mom. She didn’t want to climb the stairs. Front living room with nice couch and chairs. Lots of reading material everywhere. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and small rear den. Just the 4 of us on a girls trip. Easy walk to downtown and all of the fine restaurants. Also near the local grocery. Taxied and Ubered all over the island. Took the local bus one day as well. Shopped and walked all over. Very nice trip. Easy and open communication with the host.

This was the perfect home for multiple couples/friends. Lots of room and well stocked kitchen, etc. Great central location near town. Only comment (which was not a big deal for me as I didn't have a car) is that there is no parking.

The property is a beautiful historic house right in town. The location is fantastic and was fully stocked with everything we would need. Daniel was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return!

The house is very spacious and in a great location! We had 8 people with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of room to cook & dine. Beautiful backyard and a gas grill on the deck. Only downside is the bathrooms could use some updates! Overall very happy with our stay.

We loved this beautiful home!!!!
We are a group that has been friends for the past 43 years and we have prioritized this special weekend for an annual reunion. Among our group, is an avid sailor and Figawi participant. We previously rented a different in-town property. It was sold during COVID and the new owners increased the nightly rate x3!??! We were fortunate to be able to find this home!
It was clean, spacious and charming. Our house group consists of 7 and we entertain our boating friends. Our rental becomes the gathering spot for meals and our traditional Sunday funday bloody Mary's. We affectionately named the dining room "the event space". It was perfect to accommodate the large group for dinner.
We loved the deck and park-like backyard! It was so relaxing and peaceful and our weather was stellar! The bonus? While conversing on the deck we heard music in the distance. It seemed to grow louder and closer. We ran to the front stairs and to our delight, the Memorial Day parade marched directly in front of the house! We were able to pause and honor those who never came home and we were able to thank the Veterans who marched in their memory! It was wonderful!
Our one concern was the distance and proximity to town. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were. We utilized a taxi/Uber upon arrival and departure (with our luggage) and for a food shopping trip. We walked all other times throughout the weekend. It's an easy, direct route to everything you need! Perfection

Our adult children, my husband and I journeyed to Nantucket to celebrate our -#2 son’s 40th birthday. The island did not disappoint! Our house was a short walk yo town, great location. The town snd docks are charming, with delicious restaurants and unique boutiques!! We were very good for local economy. It seemed like home , as we “ran into” numerous neighbors snd friends!! It truly is a small world.
We totally enjoyed our short visit and look forward to returning.
Thanks to our landlord for sharing his lovely home with us.

House was great. We were on Nantucket for a wedding and location was very convenient for walking to all wedding events which were all downtown. Air conditioners in bedrooms very much appreciated as it was hot. Deck off kitchen was very much enjoyed.

Very clean historic home. We loved how close it was to be the Nantucket town. Caretaker was very nice and responsive.

The house and location were perfect. We were 2 couples who have been vacationing in Nantucket for over 30 years. If we had any questions, the caretaker was available immediately. The house was charming and also the property. It was a very easy walk into town.

This 1800's house was such a fun place to stay and get a real sense of the history of the island. We traveled with our grown children to celebrate our anniversary and visit family on the island. The house provided plenty of space to spread out, a big yard and is very convenient for walking to town. We would definitley stay here again.

Can't beat the location of the home. Very convenient to walk to from the ferry and easily access downtown. Plenty of bedrooms which is what we needed.

Beautiful historic home in an excellent location. A 5-10 min walk away from all the shops and restaurants downtown and a short bike ride to the Madaket and Surfside bike trails. House was clean, well appointed, and the kitchen and two bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of bath towels, soaps, cleaning, laundry, and paper supplies. Five bedrooms, a living room, and two additional family rooms offered plenty of space to spread out. It was like having a bed and breakfast to ourselves! Would definitely stay here again!

This home nicely accommodated our family group of 6 for a week to participate in a family wedding. The walk into town was short and easy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and eating ware. There were plenty of paper goods, beach stuff and linens. We highly recommend this rental home for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this classic Nantucket in town house. This is a beautiful antique house on a nice sunny centrally located lot decorated in traditional style. While it has not been recently updated it is very clean and well maintained. The rental process was seamless including excellent communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a classic Nantucket vacation.

Large property with lots of bedrooms and sitting rooms to spread out and relax. Decorated with interesting historical pictures and knick knacks. Deck overlooking the spacious backyard was nice for morning coffee. Easy walk to town close to shopping and restaurants.

Location is fantastic if you want to stay near town. We did not bring a car nor did we rent one. Literally ten minute walk into town. Easy access to rent bikes and easy access to ride to any part of town. We had no problem getting an ubber as well. Very easy to communicate with Property Manager, very helpful and accommodating. House was pretty spacious, three living rooms, nice deck, private, kitchen well stocked, overall great!

Dan made it super easy to book, check in etc.. Very spacious and clean house with a great deck and backyard for hanging out inbetween activites. We were able to walk to town for groceries, dinner, and grabbing bikes for a tour of the island. Had a great time, thanks Dan!
