L'estate è più vicina di quanto pensi. Innamorati del nostro rifugio di East Hampton, un arioso, pieno di comodità, 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni. Questo incantevole rifugio è immerso in 3. 5 acri su una strada privata nei boschi NW, vicino a Sag Harbor, East Hampton e Wainscott. La casa di 3.600 piedi quadrati dispone di soffitti alti, tra cui una grande sala arredata con design a doppia altezza, ponti a due livelli che scendono su una piscina riscaldata, un portico schermato perfetto per la colazione estiva, quattro ampie camere da letto, due con accesso a un piano superiore -E una sala multimediale.
Il Post-Modern a 2 piani comprende una master suite al piano inferiore con bagno doppio lavandino e vasca idromassaggio e un grande junior master al piano superiore con bagno lucernato, insieme a due camere da letto separate e un'area relax aggiuntiva. Una cucina in stile pro, un tavolo da pranzo spazioso e una grande griglia a gas rendono la cucina e il pranzo una delizia. Inoltre, una doccia esterna per il risciacquo dopo una giornata di sole e surf, tennis o golf.
La vacanza negli Hamptons ha molto da offrire dalle più grandi spiagge del mondo alle calme baie incontaminate, dal tennis e golf ai meravigliosi percorsi naturalistici. Ottimi ristoranti, cantine e prodotti freschi di fattoria sono tutti a portata di mano da questa casa di buon gusto.

My family of four adults and our two friends thoroughly enjoyed this large and luxuriously appointed home for two weeks in July 2025. Elegantly decorated house is situated on a secluded heavily wooded three acres with a beautiful new deck and heated in-ground pool. The large and well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The linens and towels were lovely and high quality. Location makes it very easy to get to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Many thanks to our host Herma who was friendly and responsive to all questions and any minor issues that arose. We would gladly book this property again.

7 Passing Rd was a large beautifully furnished and fully stocked home that worked well for my husband and me and our 3 children and grandkids who vacationed with us. One of our 3 kids and his family rented nearby but spent the days with us. Our host was totally responsive and thought of what every guest might need which showed when you arrived. Our 2 week stay was perfect in every way.

We just returned from a 2 weeks vacation staying in this beautiful home. The house is in the midst of the woods but only less than 10 minutes drive to East Hampton Village and Sag Harbor . The location is incredible, so peaceful and convenient. The house itself is large and decorated beautifully . The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable . The beds and beddings are great . The house is fully equipped and feels like your own home and not a vacation rental . The house does not get direct sun because of its location in the woods but has plenty of windows and French doors to let the light in The best part of the house is the outdoor pool areas. It’s so peaceful in early morning. You can see wild turkeys walking around the property . There is a three level decking. The deck area has plenty of seating for shade and sun . The wood in some areas of the deck is worn and need to be replaced. The pool area is gorgeous filled with colorful hydrangea s and flower pots and magnificent trees. The pool itself is suppose to be heated but the heater broke on our first day and despite the owners attempts to fix it never got fixed while we were there but the water temp fluctuated from 72-79. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful . We loved our time in this beautiful home and 100% recommend it.

This is our third year staying at this amazing home and it is the perfect fit for our family. It is spacious, well laid out and fully equipped both inside and out. We love the location , privacy , 3 decks and huge heated pool. Our Host, Herma, is caring and thoughtful, and most attentive to all our needs. We feel like this is our home in the Hamptons and highly recommend Passing Fancy for an outstanding experience.
