Northwoods Escape on the chain
Fuga per una privata 2 camere da letto, 2 cottage bagno completo nel Northwoods sulla catena di Eagle River incontaminata di 28 laghi. Questa cabina silenziosa ti sveglia su una bellissima alba orientale che ti consente di goderti il caffè del mattino mentre sei seduto sul molo mentre la rugiada si asciuga. Da lì puoi pianificare quale delle tante opportunità che tu e la tua famiglia trarrete pienamente. Ad esempio, puoi raggiungere a piedi i pittoreschi negozi del centro di Eagle River e goderti lo shopping, il cibo, i parchi o uno degli eventi locali. Per l'avido outdoorsman puoi navigare tra i corsi d'acqua e pescare, sciare, nuotare, andare in kayak, pedalare o semplicemente saltare da un bar all'altro e immergerti in tutte le bevande, il divertimento e il sole che la catena ha da offrire. Sono sentieri che ti permettono di fare escursioni, andare in bicicletta o viaggiare in ATV dalla nostra porta d'ingresso alla U. P. Questo accogliente cottage è vicino a una bellissima cascata, un casinò a servizio completo, due piste di go kart e maneggi di cavalli, insieme a due campi da golf locali. Comunque tu scelga di passare la giornata, sarà a dir poco sorprendente.
Cabina include 1 regina, 1 completo sotto una cuccetta doppia, 1 pieghevole divano letto pieno, 1 materasso aggiuntivo.

As a child (3-5yrs old) my grandparents used to bring me to the Eagle River/Three Lakes area and spend weekends fishing. I wanted to return to the area that I remember from childhood and was not disappointed. While we meandered some, most of our trip was spent right at the cabin sitting on the dock fishing, walking to town for the farmers market or to eat. The area has remained true to its roots, there is nothing big and flashy, no big box stores in the town or surrounding towns, but it has everything you need to unwind, be still and have a vacation of a simpler time. I highly recommend the cabin, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is filled with deer, foxes, chipmunks, and bald eagles, you never know what you will see on your walks through the neighborhood or while sitting in the yard or on the dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect being so close to town and just down from Yellow Birch Lake where it was quiet. Only a few steps down to the dock which was great for carrying coolers, etc to/ from the house. The fire pit had a nice location to enjoy the water views any time of day. It was awesome having all the fire wood cut, dry, and ready for burning. Huge yard that the kids enjoyed playing catch / running around. Well- stocked kitchen with all the needed goodies to make meals. Overall wonderful stay surrounded by the tall pines!! Thanks for the memories!

Overall, we had a great stay. Neighborhood was quiet (a little road noise but really quiet after 10ish) and location was very convenient. Hair dryer for the ladies! Big mirror and counter area for all your bathroom activities. Washer and dryer in working condition. Laundry soap supplied. We parked our pontoon at their dock. Boat launch very close on opposite side of the river. Riverstone (get the walleye!) and Eddie B’s were a great stop with the pontoon.

Pros: cute house, shabby chic decor enjoyed by the ladies; on the River; close to My Boat Club; clean as a hotel would clean; nice fire pit & wood for use; kayaks/stand up boards there; toys for small children/play set outside nice! Cons: garbage cans at end of drive full upon arrival; cut grass not mulched so tracked inside 1st 2 days; advertised 2 full baths but only 11/2, & shower footing felt unsteady; unsafe stairs railing (wobbly) down to pier/ tree roots do not give steady footing so I needed to “jump” onto pier. SUGGESTION: create a paved/stone pathway from the driveway all the way to the front slab of the house since it’s a long ways to drag luggages in wet/dewy yard which will also create a more cottage like effect.
