The hosts were very welcoming and helped us planning the trip to the nature park. The room was clean, no insects nor bugs and the airconditioning worked well.
The roosters were quite noisy in the mornings, but some of them were the neighbours roosters.

Great rooms, fantastic host who was incredibly helpful and sorted everything out for you. I felt really well looked after and well informed about what to do and how to get around. Location was also great and a great price.

Very close to the national park, very helpful owner od the homestay. Mr. Co helped us with the morning's Gibbon singing tour and with the visit of the Rescue Animal Centre.

The owners were very kind and helpful, environmentaly minded, they maintain a very nice organic garden and serve the own grown priducts including tea. And I did indeed hear the gibbonsvsinging from the homestay!

We had a bit of trouble getting to Nam Cat Tien due to a change in timetables and bus stations. The stay in the national park made up for all these inconveniences. As for accommodation: the location is fantastic, the cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped, the area is calm and the host is friendly and helpful. You can also drink delicious coffee from the plantation of his mother-in-law.

Owner was very friendly and recommended us a lot of places to see. Location was great just few minutes walk from the park.

Dirty accommodation, not being cleaned. Entrance area/reception/restaurant is one huge mess. Chose different accommodation in Cat Tien. Not wort the extra price.

This place is great! Owners are so incredible, they gave us all sorts of advice about what to do in the park, made some DELICIOUS food, and chatted with us during our stay! It was so nice to get to know the locals and this place was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and the shower was unexpectedly nice. Super high pressure and hot! Loved that after a long sweaty day in the park. The best part was enjoying the sounds of the gibbons in the morning with a strong cup of ca phe den and the cutest dogs ever. Will definitely come back here if we get the chance to revisit cat Tiên! If you are in the area, stay HERE!

I stayed for one night but took a night safari and walking tour to a crocodile lake. Both were organized by the homestay owner. The tours were great. The walking tour was awesome and I have to say Mr. Co was an amazing guide. He seemed genuinely excited to see the animals and he has eagle eyes to spot wildlife. In the two tours, I saw: gibbons, langurs, macaques, gaur, a porcupine, monitor lizards, butterflies, crocodiles, wild pigs, deer, spiders, and plenty of plant varieties. The homestay also prepared two great meals for me. It was a really positive experience overall.
I think the homestay should make exact brochures with prices and times. They can put that on Facebook. People would love to see that.
