Nous avons passé de très bon moment avec nos deux enfants de 6 et 10 ans. La piscine est tous les jours entretenue par un monsieur. La villa est située à 10 minutes du centre de Dalyan. Pour nous ce n'était pas un problème car nous avions notre voiture. La villa est très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est toujours joignable par WhatsApp pour tout type de question. Je recommande sans hésitation.

We found the property perfect for what we wanted. Despite one incident that was nothing to do with the property or the local people. Would we stay again YES. The host was great and the local manager on the ground was a diamond. We had cause to call on him a couple of times and he was excellent never to much trouble. It is a little bit out of the main town however getting in and out was painless good bus service and cheap taxis.

Had a wonderful holiday at this villa. Everything you need is on hand. Hired a scooter for week from pinar who is always there to help if need be. Great fun. Location perfect, villa perfect, holiday perfect!!! Thanks mick and Jackie.

Would like to say a big thank you to mick for letting us enjoy his villa , The villa had all the facilities we needed to enjoy our stay , Our favourite place was the covered veranda where we spent many happy hours enjoying the views & the mountain breeze kept us cool . We also enjoyed the bbq . The pool was fantastic to keep cool & the kids could not have enough of it . The villa is only a short taxi or bus from dalyan & the prices are incredible cheap .As for dalyan the food was fantastic , we never had one poor meal . The town itself is very laid back . Huseyin was very good at replying to any queries & Pinah was very prompt with our airport transfers , We all look foreward to returning in the future . Many thanks Paul

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est très bien équipée, propre et confortable aussi bien au niveau des literies que des canapés! La piscine est très agréable. A peine à 7min du centre ville en voiture, ce qui permet d aller se balader et manger facilement. La villa reste assez isolée pour etre vraiment au calme.

Gorgeous villa. Very homely. Lots of space. Stunning outside areas. Amazing views. Everything you need is in the villa. It is a few miles from the center of Dalyan, but we hired mopeds which were fun. Stunning. Thanks to the owner.

We have just finished a lovely two week stay at Kaya Villa. The house is a couple of miles from the centre of Dalyan and is in a lovely rural area. You can walk or cycle in to town (the owner has two bikes and you can hire extras in town easily too). There is a local shop for bread etc too. The villa was very spacious and the pool and patio areas are perfect for our family of four. We used the BBQ at the villa quite a bit too.The bedrooms all have air conditioning, which was essential in the very hot weather (41-44 on a couple of days). It would have been nice to have it down stairs, although the couple of fans helped. This only felt necessary because on a couple of days it was almost too hot to be outside...even in the shade! We have visited Turkey a number of times but this was our first stay in Dalyan. The owner Mick could not have been more helpful, in terms of where was good to visit, eat, drink etc as well as help with hiring a car. A car wasnt essential at the villa, but we decided to hire a Fiat Doblo through a contact of Mick's, for the two weeks, meaning we could get out and about and see some of the local sights as well as some further afield. It also made life easy getting in to Dalyan for the supermarkets and restaurants, and river boats. The pool, patio and garden were kept spotlessly clean each day. All in all it was a great place to stay and we had a lovely relaxing two weeks there.
