資格試験の前泊で利用しました☺️ 3階女性ドミトリーのお部屋で綺麗で静かで安心して過ごせた事。 お気に入りは2階のおしゃれな食堂ルームで100円を支払うとお好きなフレーバーの紅茶やコーヒーを好きなだけ飲める事。食べ物の持ち込みや軽い調理もできます☺️

The location is very very nice, very close to the center (sannomiya). So my husband can say the value (location - price) is great. Also there's a room for the travellers, you can communicate easily with others.

There's no toilet in the floor that my husband stayed. Only one toilet is in a lower stair. Lack of toilet is the one of the reason he was not comfortable.

スタッフさんの対応が良かった。 ヘアアイロンやシャンプーなどが無料で使えて良かった。 部屋はもちろんバスルームとトイレが女性専用エリアにもあって安心して利用できた。 とてもお得だったのでまた利用したい。

オーナーが行く先の地図をプリントしてくださりたすかりました又利用します。駅に近くコンビニも便利でした。静かで落ち着いた

L espace commun est petit mais il est conviviale. Le dortoir pour femme est propre et il a sa propre salle de bain. A 2 minutes à pied du centre.

居酒屋や通行人の声がとても響く。同じ部屋の人達が気を使いあって静かな分、外の音がとてもうるさい。またレディースルームの鍵の仕組みを理解してない人がいて一晩中鍵が開いていたこともありゾッとした。しっかり説明してそのようなことが起こらないようにしてほしい。また鍵の電池が切れた時もわかりにくい機械でこちらから報告しないとスタッフは気づいていない様だった。

隔音有點不好，那天有很強的風，如果對於睡眠品質很注重的話不建議

観光地近くの駅から歩いて行ける。安い。下の階のバーのお酒が凝ってる。使わなかったがコインランドリーもあった。シャワーもあるけど、近場に銭湯もあり、木桶ごとシャンプーなどを無料で貸し出ししてくれる（タオルや歯ブラシなどは販売あり）身軽で行っても大丈夫そう。小さいが南京錠付きの木で出来たロッカーがついてる（多分貴重品用）。各階ごとに無料Wi-Fiあり。女性専用スペースあり（電子ロック）。ベットが秘密基地みたいで面白かった。

荷物を置く場所は基本的に自分のベットスペースだけなので、大きめのロッカーなどがあればよかった。ベットにカーテンがついてるだけなので、防犯面が気になる人には向いてないかも。

布団がきれいです。マットレスもGOOD。静か。客層もいいですね。コスパはいいと思います。

トイレの綺麗さがいまいち。リクエストでベッドを窓側でお願いしてましたが、恐らく、読んでもらえてないかなぁと言う感じです。あと、あまりにも静かすぎて、リュックの中を開けるのも音が響き、ヒヤヒヤでした✨

冷房が効きすぎな感じでしたが カプセルルームはコンパネでつくられて いて中は丁度良く快適でした😊 カフェを併設されていますが出入りの際には 裏口を使うので気兼ねなく利用出来ました😇 三ノ宮駅近くでもある点を含めてコスパ良い✨

共有の場所に大きめなテーブルがひとつな為 他の方が使っていると空いた椅子は使いにくく カウンター席とかひとり用の机と椅子があると良いと思います。

旅行の荷物が多かった分、2階のドミトリールームにしてもらえて、助かりました☺️

1. As other have mentioned in the reviews, the beds here are amazing. I slept so well during the 7 days of my stay that I literally want to stay longer, if not for other itineraries already arranged. I do notice that someone said the walls of the cabins are too thin, but in my case it never is a problem, but even if this is a problem for someone, I think the functionalities of the sleeping pod would more than make up for it - the forced air ventilation, the good light blocking, a head-side platform to place your stuff, and a functional in-pod locker. What more do you need? 2.The WiFi here is the fastest I've used anywhere, on my phone it reached 1.2Gbps and on my laptop it reached 866Mbps, both are theoretical limits of the respective devices. And the signal is strong that the speed is maintained throughout the floor. 3. There is a water filter at the tap, though tap-water in Japan is generally portable directly, this filter do get ride of some of the unpleasant chlorine taste, make you want to drink more. 4. The location is literally just 5 minutes away from JR Sannomiya station, and is close to everything.

1. As the others have mentioned, some part of the place is not spotlessly clean, mainly the communal room and the 2F toilet, but I can live with it. 2. There's no lift and girls room is on 3F 3. The night-entrance lock didn't work once for me, someone locked it from inside, I don't know if it is me that not fully understand the instructions or otherwise, but you do need to pay attention and at least note down the telephone number of the owners just in case.

I loved the stunning interior and the rooftop terrace.

There was a really nice roof with space for activities. Also, the Onsen nearby was superb. For any Jews, the Chabad is a 16 minute walk away.

The space was a bit cramped and it wasn't the cleanest.

we literally did not want to leave. We felt so at peace there, the best sleep I had gotten on our 3 month long trip. Very clean and bright, yet very small and cozy. It’s locally owned which we liked. Staff was really nice. And there’s a rooftop.

location was convenient to main Kobe street and train station. beds were comfy and the heavy curtains gave good privacy. I liked that the women had a separate bathroom and sleeping area only accessible by key code provided to you when you check in.
