The location is beautiful, quiet and residential. 10 min walk to the beach and many bars/restaurants. A really pleasant introduction to Paphos! It was completely silent at night (in April, not sure what it'd be like in July), and felt very safe. Overall a good stay with some elements to fix that would make it a great place to stay.

They have immersion heating meaning you have to wait 40 mins for a shower. Really not ideal when on holiday. Bed has a border at the feet meaning it's too small to be fully comfortable for anyone 180cm+ Lock needs some WD40!

Great apartment, everything was alright

Location is wrong. You need to search for "Limnaria Gardens" on Google maps and you supposed to find it. Even the crew from hotel where you pick up the keys didn't know exactly where you can find your apartments, I spend almost an hour to find it with help of one of the locals who lives in neighborhood.

Very nice appartment not far from the beach. Aptmnt has everything you need for short and longer stays. You can use pool too. Not far from bus stop that takes you to airport. Nice restaurants and shops around.

I could not figure out wifi (maybe there is none). Address that is mentioned in Booking is not true,but apartment is not far from it. You will be given directions when you pick up keys (other location)

It is difficult to review as we spent only one night in apartment with garden view. We booked 3 nights, but there was no hot water due to electricity issue and we have to move to another apartment. Apartment is great, photos represent reality.

It would be good to have an extra blanket to prevent from using the air-conditioner to warm up the bedroom. It would be more important during the winter when we are planning to visit this area again.

Nice rooms, clean and lot of space. WIFI was fast and tv was in nice size. Close to the beach, some 5-10 minutes. Some very good restaurants , Maharaja as our favorite, but also others, close by.

Keys were picked up at Paphos Hotel outside the area, still close by. However, there were very little interst from the personal to assist us as we were not guest of the Paphos Hotel. We were a bit early and was told room could be available earlier. After waiting for 1 hour I asked when we could have the keys but the personal were like they never heard or even spoke to us earlier. No interast whatsoever. So nothing wrong with the Limnaria Gardens but they partnership or whaterever they have with Paphos Hotel is not to their favor....

Location of the house (maissonette) was excellent, all very near ,sea, promenade. walking distance to harbor. Host from managing team was very kind and she showed me house around. Compliments to a lady ! We liked space of the house as is it was comfortable and has 3 toilets all basic things as are plates dishes, glasses ,lot of towels , soaps shampoos toilet paper and clean linen was there. House is Equipped with basic electrical appliances, a bit dated all of them. There was no dish washer that must be in the house for such a price of a bit more than 150 euros per day. Wi-Fi was excellent. We did not think that all was very perfectly clean, as I found bin in toilet not emptied, wardrobes nead cleanninf from inside outside as well as kitchen element too, also fridge and especially freezer ( was awful ) I had to clean by myself. Outside area was untidy as well ,(in rare garden) I mean, from the grass that was too high , poor maintained greenery to rubbish that was not picked up before we arrived . During the night was noisy from near huge big dog shelter with probably more than hundred dogs who had barked most of the early mornings and even most of the night . I know that management of the house can not change situation, it is understandable, but they have to insist in Paphos municipality to solve that thing for sure , as shelter is in the middle of tourist zone and Limnaria beautiful complex. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and I think property in total from 5 points , can earn 3,8 .

The location was excellent. Beautiful pool. Comfortable appartement reasonably well equipped.

The kitchen could really do with a few more items. Only having 3 glasses, cups and plates mean you are constantly washing up. Also there were no cloths or a drying up towel. No basic cleaning products (which are listed on the advertisement. The beds had one flat pillow per person. Little things but would make a difference.

Limnaria Gardens is an excellent complex, 2 large pools and toddlers pool. The apartment was very nice, it was on the second floor and had the sun on the balcony until it went down behind the trees on the park area across the road. The balcony had 2 sun loungers and and a table with 4 chairs. There was plenty of seating space inside with a large sofa a separate chair along with a nice dining table and chairs. Both the bedroom and lounge had A/C. The kitchen was well equiped with a large fridge freezer and the bathroom was huge! The local property managers were very helpful, calling to see us at the apartment to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely use this apartment again.

The initial collection of the keys was confusing as it said to collect the keys from the Paphos Gardens hotels, however, the reception at the Paphos Gardens said the keys were held on the Aphrodite complex on the other side of the dual carriageway so there was a delay in collecting the keys while we waited for someone to get the keys from the other complex. The WiFi was good when it worked but as I needed to use the Wifi for work meetings it typically dropped out when I was on a meeting which was frustrating. The TV is normal Cypriot TV, quite a few of the other apartments I've stayed at on the complex have Internet TV via a Mag 250 box which provides Sky TV and Movies. Fortunately I had an Amazon Firestick with me and was able to plug that into the TV and get access to additional TV channels (for me the normal UK TV channels) as well as my Netflix and Prime subscriptions. There were no allocated sun loungers for this apartment around the pool so we needed to carry the sun loungers down from the balcony which were quite heavy and cumbersome and then take them back up to the balcony on an evening at there is a substantial deposit on the apartment to cover breakages or loss (e.g. if the sun loungers were left by the pool and went missing). The apartment had the essentials but again other apartments on the complex have bedside table lamps, lamp shades on the ceiling lamps, ceiling fans and other finishing touches so for a small extra outlay this apartment could be elevated to be in the top 10% of holiday apartments on the complex. These point are all minor and didn't really detract from us having a wonderful stay in the apartment, after all, the location and the complex are the best in Paphos in my opinion.

The location, I booked this villa because it was close to a wedding I was attending too.

Pests - ants were on the front steps from day one but centipedes were crawling all over the property throughout. Lighting - several lights were not working due to it being burnt out. Downstairs living room only 1 was working. Then day 3 of the wedding, I wanted to come out earlier but couldn't because the motor in one of the fans in the bedroom blown out! This caused all lights to not work! It took 3 maintenance people to fix this issue. Shower - the pressure was not strong enough and there was not enough hot water for a 10 minute shower. We have 6 people in total and it took at least 2 hours for all of us to shower. Swimming pool - No towels included when using the pool! Had to run to reception dripping wet!! Toilet paper - we had to buy our own toilet paper for the bathrooms even though it was meant to be included? Overall would not recommend this villa to anyone.

The villa is in a good location, the rooms are light, airy and clean. The furnishings are tasteful and fitting.

Basic cooking items were not provided, chopping knives, grater, saucepans, bowls, tea towels / dish cloths, pegs. Rooms look great but mattress uncomfortable.

Pool close to house, plenty of space, close to sea and bars/ restaurants, aircon keeps house cool

Taxi booked with site did not turn up to collect us at the airport, resulting in paying for a new one. Pests present in the house including cockroaches, centipedes and silverfish. Terrace overgrown.

It was simple to Collect keys for villa. Unfortunately we wasn’t given directions so it took us quite a while to locate our accommodation The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean & comfortable.

We struggled with the beds. Very hard. No mirrors in two of the double rooms & no full length mirror. We went to a family wedding so would of liked a full length mirror Kitchen very sparse not that well equipped but we didn’t eat in so managed.

Very nice, clean apartment: big living room, cool bedrooms, ok bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Private parking. Superb air conditioning! Swimming pool: clean and warm.

Maybe a little more crockery and cutlery could be used.

We should have been told about all the building work taking place. Hence we did NOT have a relaxing stay as it was very NOISY and Dusty.

The apartment itself was new it was ok even so could be cleaner

Its still a construction site where theres noise from early hours the all day including Sunday, and some days there was clouds of dust forcing us to leave the pool, and none of this was mentioned on the booking like the owner said when I called to complain
