Amazing location. Spacious.

This is my second time staying at this exact apartment and the location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is safe, .spacious, and well appointed. It fit four adults and two young children comfortably and the neighborhood is safe and has a ton of restaurants and grocery stores around. We did encounter some issues though, and the first one was in the third bedroom that has its own shower. There is a foul smell that you have to deal with. We could not locate the reason for the smell and we were able to just live with it, but we did have to spray air freshener in order to avoid the smell there. On our fourth night there one of the sinks in the bathroom started to majorly overflow and leak out into the dining room for no reason. The hosts were very responsive in getting someone to look at it even though it was midnight and they were willing to repair it quickly. They have excellent communication and the app that they use to communicate is very very helpful. Overall, I like working with these hosts and the apartment is in such a lovely area that I would stay again. Next time I probably would mention the foul smell upon my arrival rather than ignoring it because I do believe that the host would have tried to fix it as they are very accommodating. I would stay here a third time!
