We loved our stay at Villa Herm. The view over the port and the wider bay is stunning and the garden under the terrace provided another lovely element. The house provided plenty of space for a family of five with teenagers. It is extremely well equipped and had lots of interesting features, including the amazing library room. Jean-Pierre has left plenty of information about what to do in the area. The pool area is a little haven of peace, where we spotted lots of parrots in the trees. We also enjoyed the table tennis and table football in the basement. We didn't have a car but managed easily to walk or take public transport. The tram stop Lympia is about a 15 minute walk away and that goes into town and all the way to the airport as well. There are also buses nearby and we used the bikes at the house to explore the area. We found plenty of food shops, and lovely bakeries and restaurants. The house is on a hill, so you may want to hire a car if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise it's perfectly manageable. The house is in a lovely quiet and well-kept area but also so close to the liveliness of the centre of town. Thanks to Jean-Pierre and to his friends Chrystelle and Pascale who welcomed us there and were always on hand to help or answer questions. I hope we will return one day!

We had a wonderful stay in Nice, the property was just as shown in the pictures with amazing views over Nice and the sea. The owner of the property sent us plenty of useful information before our holiday and was always available to contact while on holiday. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and it was well equipped with everything you could need. We visited Monaco, Antibes and Menton all easily reached by bus or train. Nice is one of our favourite holiday destinations to visit and I would definitely recommend this amazing property to stay in, we hope to return in the future
