Situato su una corte tranquilla a North Mission Beach, a pochi passi dall'oceano, dal Catamaran Resort e dal negozio di alimentari. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche Pacific Beach con molti negozi e ristoranti da esplorare. Questo letto a due piazze recentemente ristrutturato, un soppalco e un bagno e mezzo è perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia con camere luminose illuminate dal sole, piacevoli decorazioni sulla spiaggia e una pianta accogliente.
Entrando in questa proprietà dalla corte, troverete un ampio patio, due tavoli con otto posti a sedere e una griglia per barbecue a propano. Dal patio sei solo quattro case dal lungomare. Qui puoi preparare il pasto in famiglia e goderti la tua bevanda estiva mentre i tuoi ospiti vanno e vengono dalla spiaggia. All'interno (al piano terra) si trova la cucina e la sala da pranzo con sei posti a sedere. La cucina della cucina è completamente attrezzata con fornelli a gas / forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio, macchina per caffè americano, pentole, padelle, bicchieri e utensili.
Il secondo piano ha un soggiorno luminoso e aperto con un divano letto in pelle e due sedie. Goditi i tuoi programmi e film per famiglie preferiti sulla smart TV a schermo piatto (via cavo e Wi-Fi inclusi). C'è una fantastica vista sull'oceano dalla grande finestra panoramica e un tavolo nell'angolo che è perfetto per il gioco di famiglia o la notte artigianale. C'è un bagno completo su questo piano con una combinazione vasca / doccia e due camere da letto; uno con un letto matrimoniale e un altro con un divano letto doppio ed estrarre il doppio rotelle.
Al terzo piano troverete una camera privata con un letto matrimoniale. Questo loft unico ha soffitti alti con molte finestre e lucernari. Anche su questo piano è un lavandino / vanità e l'accesso al ponte sul tetto.
Il ponte sul tetto è un incantevole spazio esterno privato per te e i tuoi ospiti per goderti il bellissimo sole di San Diego. Il proprietario si è assicurato di attrezzare questo spazio con mobili da giardino di qualità che possono ospitare comodamente dieci persone. Questa è una zona perfetta per radunarsi la sera dove puoi guardare il tramonto e pianificare l'avventura del giorno successivo.

Nice beach house. Can fit tons on people. Third bathroom was in the garage and it’s small.
You can hear the waves all day long.

Great location. Lots of beach equipment. Initial communication with management company was great, but did not receive check in information due to holiday weekend. So check in process was difficult. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed.

It was refreshing to find plenty of TP, coffee and coffee filters, and soaps for the kitchen. This was a super fun location right down from the beach, restaurants, and night life.

Location is the best feature of this house, there are some things to know before you go....
the garage is cluttered, and full of broken and unusable gear, the BBQ has never been cleaned, and has a large grease deposit on the ground, the outdoor furniture is usable, but that's it.
Inside - there are 2 box fans for the 3rd floor bedroom, these have never been cleaned - ever. it is true that there is a pull out sofa on the 2nd level, but there are no linens, there are however, a bunch of pillows and blankets and old bed spreads that are wadded up and stuffed in to a closet.
the top level bath has a vanity, a soaking tub (inexplicably), and a toilet, the second level bath has 2 vanities (very convenient), a nice shower and a toilet, the 3rd bath is a stall shower and a toilet located in the garage, not ideal, but totally usable.
The management company is adamant that the soap, dish soap etc... that is in the house is to get you started, you definitely need to hit Ralph's right away (this includes trash bags)
In addition, they started sending check out texts on Saturday for our Monday departure (thanks), but oddly leave you no instructions on what they would like you to do before leaving, I won't get in to the details here, but will say, we left the house better than we found it.
I would prefer staying in a rental that is run by a VRBO Host, and not a management company - their fees are pretty steep, for what we did before leaving, they owe us a refund.

We had 7 adults and 1 infant and we were all very comfortable. The house is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the front patio, enjoying the beach weather. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils to prepare meals at home . There are 3 levels so be prepared to use stairs. The 3rd level has no AC but we slept with doors open and was comfortable at night. The garage fit 2 small suvs very tightly. A Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. The garage was full of beach supplies and even a wagon to carry them.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again .

I cannot speak highly enough about how amazing the location is for this place. You are right in the middle of things which makes for access to all sorts of fun, great times. I highly recommend this place.

Loved it. Just a few steps to the beach, walkable to anywhere you want in mission beach or Pacific beach. House was great, clean, and in really good shape for a beach rental.

Overall, the property was good for our family of four (two teenagers) visiting from out of state. The furniture, bedding and kitchen were clean and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs for us to use. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great early morning vibe. It was easy for us to access the beach, shops and nearby eateries. We highly recommend La Playa Mexican Restaurant for bomb carne asada burritos! Property management was a little too aggressive and staunch in their reaction when I said we were visiting family for the holiday week. They were very demanding that we not allow more people than the house rules - even though I stated we would not be entertaining a party or dinner for the week - which felt a little like they have been burned in the past. We had a great time overall though as most visiting family members were looking to hang on the beach or ride bikes around the peninsula. The rooftop sitting area was awesome (we saw Sea World fireworks one night) and the furniture seemed fairly new. Only cautionary bits are - there is no front door key (so you always have to enter from the garage), there is no door on the third bedroom upstairs, and the carpet on the stairs is pretty dirty so removing shoes prior to using (as sign stated) wasn't cool.

Very nice location
Garage door stopped working and they had someone out in about 10 minutes to get it fixed for us - really great customer service even forwarded some mail for me. Beatutiful house right next to the beach.

Clean and close
Good location and clean home. Garage clearance is a little low, but we were able to get our 4Runner in with about 3” of space on top. The top room got a little warm but I reached out and they dropped off a box fan. We would stay again.

Overall great property and location. The house was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in, but I would still recommend If your looking for a spot just steps away from the heart of Mission Beach

Definitely recommend this house!
The house was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day weekend stay with our 3 teenagers and 10yr old.
Super clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. Loved they had a wine fridge!!! We made good use of that.
The management was extremely fast in responding to any questions and requests we had. When we asked for an extra blanket and a large pot to cook some pasta and serving spoons they were delivered within an hour! Yay!! Absolutely amazing customer service! Can’t say enough great things about the whole experience.

We had a blast! So much space for our family to relax in! The only thing I would suggest, is to add more extra blankets, as well as more essentials in the kitchen. Such as, ladles, serving spoons, utensils for the grill... Otherwise perfect!

Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach. We had issues getting in but the management office was quick to help us even though it was after office hours and. We couldn’t get the AC unit to kick in, so we opened the windows and the house cooled down nicely. It wasn’t a warm enough week for us to need it. We enjoyed staying in the home and would recommend it.

Amazing Property
House was great!!! The garage fit our Dodge Journey, larger SUVs may have issues. The kithen could use some more things like a cookie sheet if you plan to grill. I would stay here again as the location was awesome. Property team was very responsive.
