I love Gulf Crest. The staff in the office is wonderful!!! They can’t do enough to make you welcome and feel at home. The maintenance crew are very helpful anytime you need them. Don packed my car for me which is no part of his job I’m sure. Done to make sure guest are satisfied with there stay. Cortney is very helpful and deals with any problems that might arrive. Can’t say enough good things about Gulf Crest. Best place in all of Panama City Beach to stay!

This was our first stay at Gulf Crest. We found our unit to be in very good condition as well as the entire property. The management staff was extremely responsive with one small issue we had (fan/light in small bedroom was not operational).

We stay at Gulf Crest every year! We love that it’s gated and the staff is always kind. We’ve never had a bad experience. We have stayed in different units and they are always! I could absolutely live there!!

Excellent like last year. Very clean. No real issues except for internet. I had issues getting my work labtop to connect. The internet help really didnt help. Other than that we cant wait till next year.

Great vacation with the family
The dryer did not dry the clothes very well. We had to dry small loads for two to two and a half hours to get them dry. That was the only thing that I was dissatisified with. The chairs on the balcony the high backed ones felt like they were about to come apart the were real wobbly and the 2 other chairs needed to be cleaned up some. When you sat in them your clothes got a little dirty. Other than that the condo was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this condo. Hope to do it agai

Snowbird Get Away
Views of sunsets over the Gulf are spectacular! Watching dolphins is so much fun. Condo well equipped for extended stay and fun on the beach. Condo is updated and well maintained. I've been returning to Gulf Crest for many years.

Oct family vacation
We loved staying at your condo. It was very nice and had a great view. The beds are very comfortable. The only updates needed are to fix the fan in the guest bedroom. It only works on high. The fan in the master bath does not work at all and the dryer doesn't seem to dry the clothes. I would definitely stay again with the minor fixes.

Unit 1204 Review
Our vacation was wonderful and the Unit 1204 was a great place to stay in. A couple items i would recommend for the future. 1.) Put the door code on the printout that has the gate code, pool code and wifi code. 2.) The door lock battery was low so we couldnt get in our room on Sunday for about 1 hr. During the storm. I think that waiting an hour saved enough juice for the door to open finally open after 20-30 tries. I found a security guard who then said he called maintenance. About an 1 hour after i got in the security came up and noticed i was in. I told him i thought it was the battery. During our wait we stayed at a friends place and waited in the hall. For the amount of money we are paying for the room there should be a maintenance person on call, on site within the hour or have them call the tenant. Economically having someone there 24 hours isn't the greatest but again for the amount of money we are paying there has to be a way. I did talk to Courtney in the morning on Monday and she said she was notified. 3) The procedure for leaving. The notes we have say out by 10am but i didnt see anything else. We just werent sure if we had to do something specific.

Highly recommend!
This was our second stay at Gulf Crest Condominiums. We came back because we had such a good experience the first time. This unit was my favorite. It was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and clean. I especially liked the walk in shower in the master bedroom. Overall awesome experience!

Spring Break trip
It was fine. The place was nice. Our master bedroom bathroom wasn't finished, but they gave us one night credit, which was ok. All in all it was a nice place.

Great Condo
Really nice condo, although the mattress could be updated. Kinda sink in the middle, but over all love the condo. This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit.

Absolutely Beautiful!
We have always stayed at gulf crest while on vacation. Always great service and beautiful units. This unit was absolutely beautiful, it was completely updated and had everything we needed for the week. Will definitely continue to stay at Gulf Crest.

Great Condo and great staff
We have been coming to Panama City Beach since 1978. This was our first time staying at Gulf Crest. We were very pleased with the condo, location, parking, pool and staff. We will be back next year and hope to stay in the same condo.

Wonderful Condo
We just got back from an amazing vacation to Panama City Beach. We stayed at Gulf Crest Condominiums & it was great. Our condo was clean, very modern, & had everything we needed. The pools were nice & we loved the Tiki Hut. Would definitely stay here again.
