Affittiamo una casa vacanza in un posto meraviglioso al mare con piscina panoramica e spiaggia attrezzata esclusiva (anche bar e ristorante in spiaggia- ristorante aperto anche la sera) di fronte a una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Si affaccia direttamente sul mare blu e offre dalla sua terrazza una vista mare mozzafiato. La casa di Elisetta è adatta per una famiglia con 2 o 3 bambini. L'ampia terrazza dispone di tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto e sedie e lettini prendisole se ti piace goderti il sole e il mare. C'è anche un pratico barbecue all'aperto. Potrete gustare la colazione sulla terrazza e la cena la sera sotto un cielo stellato che si riflette sul mare scintillante. Non solo spiaggia attrezzata esclusiva (ombrellone, due lettini da spiaggia e due lettini e servizio internet in spiaggia) ma anche una fantastica piscina panoramica e solarium attrezzato vicino alla casa. Anche un pratico servizio navetta per la spiaggia ogni 15 minuti. Tutto è incluso nel prezzo. In spiaggia - esclusivo resort sulla spiaggia - con ristorante e bar aperti dalla fine di maggio alla fine di settembre. A casa hai il tuo parcheggio privato di fronte alla casa. A Cala Piccola puoi trovare un posto ideale per il tuo completo relax con molta privacy e panorami mozzafiato sullo scintillante blu del Mediterraneo.

I have been going to PSS for 10 years but this time I rented this small apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea and Giglio. The terrace is very lovely and cozy. The apartment is spartan but perfectly fine. Great for a couple w children, though it sleeps a total of 5 there is 1 bathroom.
We had a very cordial and warm welcome from Alessia!

We loved our stay in Cala Piccola!
The views are breath taking - the condo faces west for unbelievable sunsets each night, and the condo is even nicer than what is in the pictures (There is now a nice refrigerator, air conditioning, and clothes and dish washers).
We had an amazing vacation at Massimo's condo. The Condo is exactly as is in the pictures (except a little better in my opinion, see above). As a renter of the condo, you are essentially on the grounds of a nice boutique hotel and have access to all hotel amenities (pool, towels, beach club, formal restaurant for breakfast/dinner, and restaurant/bar for lunch and cocktails that sits on a cliff overlooking the sea).
The highlight for us was definitely the beach club, which is about a 3 min drive down the mountain.
The apartment is clean and has modern appliances. The beds are not comfortable and the owner could stand to get a set of new towels. FYI there is no crib if you're bringing an infant as we did (consistent with the listing not mentioning a crib)
Overall, we loved our stay, we plan to come back to Argentario as soon as we can and would definitely stay at this rental again.

Property was just perfect for us.It has a beach cabin/cottage feel inside, and the view is just stunning.The facilities at the adjacent hotel were excellent as was the private beach.Service from the host was above expectations.

The location and access to pool and beach are fantastic, but this is a v small, dated apartment and we had v little to no water for most of our stay. We got water back on the last day then no hot water.
Owner/manager/owner’s son/maintenance man all v nice and tried to help but nobody really see everything to know what was really going on until a “technician” turned up. I had already used my limited Italian to suggest that a plumber was called.
Thank goodness we were able to shower at the pool bathrooms - if not we would have had to find alternative accommodation.
Beds v firm but decent, no interior doors. Decent air con.
Fridge makes a v loud juddering noise every couple of hours and through the night.
Like someone commented a few years ago, new bath towels are really needed. A bin and bath mat in the bathroom would also be a good idea.
Food at the hotel pricey but v v good. Beach club fantastic, v clean, good food and really well managed.
All in all we had a great time at the pool and beach.
