Location, stuff, room, food, pool, balcony :)

Almoust nothing… except even though you restaurant stuff is wonderfull and efficient, it would be nice if they make a little less noise while they cleaning the tables… too offten it would happend that they clean 10-15 tables arround us during our meal, so we barely had any quite time while we dinning, which should be pleasurefull experince. Also showers are great but not having the door on it make so much mess with water outside the shower booth. It could also be that the glass in the room 1203 need to be checked if it leeks water.

Is close to the beach!

The smell of the reception was really bad since we arrived! Personal not professional,they was not cleaning the room accordingly, the rubbish from the room not collected all,the towels they took from us they didn’t bring back,i have to go to reception to ask for them for 3 times and in the end they give me after 2 days what they have left because all are for washing. The food is 80% or more same food every single day. Food is not cooked correctly,we found meet uncooked (chicken,pork even some vegetables). All plates and glasses was not washing properly,we have to wipe them every single time we use. Vegetables and fruits like cucumber,watermelon,peaches,melon all not fresh,with 0 test and very soft. The water from dispenser was with very bad taste. After approximately 5 days we couldn’t eat anymore the same food. On the snack bar was only rest of the food from the lunch time. Also with pasta that was left they was making pizza with! Desert was so so bad,nothing that could be edible,with no test at all. The pool very poor and small! Less activities the others all inclusive we was!

Ottima posizione e ottimo hotel sia per la pulizia sia per la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Albergo con all inclusive ( bevande coca, fanta, acqua, birra etc) con ristorante vario e di buona qualità. Camera spaziosa Consigliatissimo

Tutto il personale del ristorante e del bar in piscina, sempre con il sorriso e pronto ad accogliere con gentilezza ogni richiesta. I manutentori che si fanno un mazzo così e cercano di risolvere velocemente i problemi fin dove arrivano. Cibo ok così come gli alcoolici in all inclusive. Materasso comodo. Posizione perfetta. Nessun italiano nella struttura.

Appena arrivati, abbiamo avuto un problema alla porta della stanza e per due giorni non sono riusciti a risolverlo. Non siamo stati liberi di entrare ed uscire dalla stanza se non accompagnati dal personale. Abbiamo sollecitato per due giorni in continuazione fino alla risoluzione del problema. Nessun cambio di stanza o nessuna scusa per il disagio. Tutto questo con un bambino di 4 anni al seguito. Altra pecca: siamo arrivati alle 21.38 e alla reception ci hanno detto che non avremmo potuto cenare perché il ristorante chiudeva alle 21.30 anche se c'erano ancora ospiti seduti ai tavoli...con un bambino di 4 anni avrebbero potuto farci cenare velocemente.
