Nice place with room for 9 guys.

The home was very spacious with good light. There were several visit from deer, turkeys and chipmunks that the kids enjoyed watching. Having the firepit was nice to sit by in the evening.

Because of COVID-19 my Granddaughter had to be online for school. I called to ask the management company Vacasa for an additional 1 1/2 hours on Monday so she would not miss any of her online education. Teresa was totally inflexible and would not even offer any other options. The property that we were staying at wasn't being used again until Friday September 25. There were four days for the place to be cleaned before the next family was arriving. I finally had to ack for a manager to help resolve this issue. After about a ten minute wait another person came on the line and was at least willing to listen to my request but she did not have the authority to make the decision on weather we would be allowed a later check out time. 2 1/2 hours later she called back and said that we could stay for an additional $51.00 dollars which I agreed to. While we were packing up we were shocked that with all of the extra time that they were now requiring for cleaning due to COVID-19 that were found several areas that had not been clean previously like under the beds (a large pink hair pony and dust was found) and under the couches (a Childs board book was found).
