Large villa on the Costa Blanca at Campo de Golf Villamartin close to the sea
Staccata casa per le vacanze a Villamartin, Orihuela Costa a 185 metri quadrati con piscina, ampio terrazzo privato con vista sul Campo de Golf Villamartin e il Mar Mediterraneo all'orizzonte. Qui siete vicino ai migliori campi da golf della Costa Blanca, come Campo de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Campoamor e Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.
In pochi minuti si raggiungono le splendide spiagge di La Zenia, Cabo Roig e Aqua Marina. 2.6 km di distanza troverete Zenia Boulevard che è uno dei più grande centro commerciale del sud dell'Europa.
All'ingresso si è accolti da un ampio salone con ingressi ai 3 camere da letto e una scala aperta al piano di sopra o giù in cantina. In due delle camere da letto sono dotate di bagno con doccia / vasca. Nella sala c'è anche un bagno per gli ospiti per la terza camera da letto.
Un piano è un grande soggiorno con soffitti alti che si collega alla cucina, il soggiorno è costituito da un tavolo da pranzo e un salotto con TV e caminetto. Dal soggiorno si raggiunge un balcone che si affaccia sulla piscina e anche la grande terrazza privata che si estende verso il campo da golf con una splendida vista sul Campo de Golf Villamartin, e il Mar Mediterraneo all'orizzonte.
Dalla terrazza si raggiunge poi più in alto a una terrazza panoramica con sole tutto il giorno con vista in tutte le direzioni. Nel seminterrato è un'altra camera da letto, un soggiorno e una lavanderia con lavatrice.
Tutta la casa ha standard molto elevati ed è animale domestico e senza fumo.

We (family of 5 adults) have just spent 11 nights at this beautiful house and can highly recommend it.Situated on the 14th hole of Villamartin golf course the view from the rear terrace was beautiful.The front of the property overlooks the pool which is roughly 10 steps from the front door.The property has 4 good sized bedrooms and a huge basement area with extra bed so would comfortably sleep 10 people It has everything you need, from fully equipped kitchen to laundry room ,bedding, towels, sun loungers, TV, air conditioning etc Based in the beautiful Villamartin it is on a peaceful complex with parking just a few metres away5 minute drive to La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villamartin plaza it was an ideal location for usThe house was nice and clean when we arrived and instructions regarding the keys and secure gates was given clearly by the keyholder The pool was well kept and cleaned regularly during our stayAll in all it was excellent and I would recommend the property to anyone and would happily return Thanks

Super villa located in a great spot overlooking Villamartín golf course. Close to the Dialprix supermarket (10 minute walk) and approx 20 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza (across the golf course). The property is located on 3 levels and is tastefully decorated throughout. The aircon was very efficient and welcomed as we arrived at the tail end of a heatwave! A lovely veranda and seating overlooks the 14th hole and we enjoyed several meals including making use of the bbq. We made use of the subbeds and pool area outside the villa on several days during our stay aswell as taking trips to the local beaches. We know the area well and this was a great opportunity to explore this side of Villamartin where we found a couple of fab restaurants we’d not been to before. We had clear and concise communication with the villa host prior to our arrival and also with the villa manager during our stay, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nicely sized property in this area.

Lovely villa just as expected, we have stayed in this area before and this villa did not disappoint. Lovely pool very quiet area well kept. Good communication with owner and cleaner. Clear instructions and very friendly. Would definitely return. Thank you so much.

Villa is located in a lovely quiet area with a stunning view over the golf course. However, the villa was NOT clean by any standards. We had to clean and bleach the villa before being able to stay. The basement was extremely dirty with bugs on the floor, an extremely strong smell of damp and the light fitting was full of bugs. Charging 160 as a cleaning charge is a joke as we left it cleaner than when we arrived The pool area is picturesque with 2 pools for 6 villas but this was ruined by the large amount of dog faeces everywhere. The next door neighbours appeared to be squatters which also made us feel uncomfortable and their dogs were roaming around the pool, also not ideal. Access to one of the balconies was blocked as the housekeeper told us that previous occupants had broken the lock . This should have been fixed. It was obvious that there hadn’t been any other occupants in recent times.

Soggiorno per il golf, casa spaziosa vicino ai servizi. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Ho apprezzato i bei dintorni, i grandi spazi all'aperto e le camere ben attrezzate.
