服務人員非常細心且熱情，由於當天我們比較晚入住，且急著要在出門去吃晚餐，回來時櫃檯就已經沒有服務人員。
但傍晚時刻的男性櫃檯人員非常親切，主動到停車場協助搬運行李。
整個住宿地點分為兩棟，其中主屋的房間分別在不同平面，要到達櫃檯以及泳池跟酒吧區都需要爬階梯，所以需要注意一下。
而另外一棟更是在主屋跨過馬路對面，但不巧我們沒能過去參觀。
整體來說整個空間整理得非常好，泳池清澈乾淨，早餐也非常好吃。
令人驚訝的拿鐵非常不錯！
可能那天碰巧只有我們一組客人，待在那邊時間非常的愜意且放鬆。
至於房間的插頭較為老舊，我們雖然來不及在入住後跟服務人員反應需要轉接頭，但還好我們有自備。
另外比較扣分的一點是，浴室雖然有打掃乾淨，但有上一個客人留下的肥皂包裝紙。
我們住的房間比較陽春，似乎年代有點久，冷氣也是要運作比較久的時間才會冷。
但基於其他環境還有服務人員的態度，這邊仍然值得推薦給大家。
另外，這邊離小鎮有段距離，且Google map沒有辦法很直觀地看出這邊其實是山坡住宅，其他人需要留意這一點。
至於噪音部分不像其他評論中那麼明顯，偶爾的機車經過確實大聲，但很快就習慣，入夜後也幾乎很少有聲響。
總的來說，這邊我會推薦想要好好的看看不遠處的海景，以及沈浸在這片山丘上的美景。
浴室水壓稍顯不足，但還可以接受。

Very quiet place with a nice view over the ocean, islands and the village. Room very clean, staff excellent very helpful. Swimming pool very beautiful with a view. They helped us with the scooter and finding transport back to the bus station. Lots of things to do around the area. Best place to stay in Dalaguete, I highly recommend it!

The location is superb! The apartment is comfortable, except that it's kinda off the view bc we were relocated to an apartment at the back. Still, it's great!
Lack of kitchen utensils. No Smart TV and no other cable channels.

10 out of 10. This property is a good place to stay where to enjoy, relax and chill. The staff was nice and accommodating especially ate Juliet. And the owner (Thomas) is very hands on to their guests and he was very kind and accommodating. I would love to book again and stay again this hotel.
