Apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. I loved everything about it. Vittoria was extremely helpful and was always on call. Thank you!

Large, clean and well equipped apartment with washer, easy to find free parking, lovely balcony and in nice area with easy walk to old town city center. Hosts left welcome bottle of wine and snacks, and breakfast treats.

host was great! very clean, great facilities and location
the only thing we didn’t like were the beds were very uncomfortable and one was a sofa bed which was very creaky. It also appeared that there was going to be two double beds. otherwise everything else was perfect!

A modern, clean, pleasant and welcoming apartment with large terrace. Free car parking nearby. Short distance to the port and the old town. Very helpful host, she kept in touch during the stay. Really appreciated the hospitality - a bottle of wine and the traditional Puglia biscuits, coffee and honey. Many thanks Vittoria, I hope we’ll return soon!

This is a spotlessly clean contemporary apartment in a fantastic location, beside town centre the sea and centro storico with great ambience and very comfortable and Vittoria is a superb hostess.

Our host was particularly attentive and had thought to have gifts on our arrival of a bottle of local wine and local cracker-breads and a further gift of delicious croissants during the week! She answered any queries via Whatsapp within minutes and when I had a problem with the keys, she arranged for this to be sorted out immediately. The apartment is modern with a good quality finish. There was a washing machine and dishwasher to facilitate longer stays. While there was a double bed in the bedroom, there was also a sofa bed for those wanting that extra space. The balcony looks out onto the marina, with a mixture of wall and sea view. The apartment is just minutes on foot from the centro storico and Monopoli has a very pretty old town. I can't remember if the advert mentions a deposit but it's worth remembering that there is a 100 euro deposit on arrival, returned on the day of leaving.
There isn't anything we didn't like about this apartment.

The apartment is spacey and well done, and Vittoria was an excellent host who made us feel at home. The huge balcony with sea view and the location within walking distance of both beaches and the old town made it even greater!

Excellent place and great hosts!
We spend in Chicco de Caffe one week at the end of August. The apartment looks as nice as on the photos with even nicer big balcony. Its location is perfect, quiet facing the sea and at the same time within walking distance to the Old Town and some nice beaches. There are shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hosts are amazing. Very helpful with pretty much everything. Even when our kids got sick they offered to buy drugs for us. They would also bring us some delicious Italian food and wine. We definitely will be back to Puglia and Chicco de Caffe!

We had a wonderful stay!! The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to the town center (about 5 min walk) & beautiful beaches nearby. The owners, Vittoria and Vito, live next door. They met us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment, and recommended good places to eat. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for traveling with 2 young children. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils as well as a few essential food items. Having a washing machine in the apartment was extremely helpful, the A/C & WiFi worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had seating, a table, and a beautiful view. Vittoria and Vito were wonderful hosts and always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. We will definitely return!!! Grazie ancora di tutto!!
