The villa is on the top of La provinca hill in Ansedonia locality, just 3 km from the beautifull village of Orbetello located in the middle of a blue laguna where all services and shops and cinemas are located. There is also a small shop in Ansedonia but in all cases private transport is a must because there is no public transport.
Ansedonia is a wordly known de-luxe beach resort place just 1,5 hours north of Rome with still uncontaminated cristal clear sea. The Feniglia beach is 1 km away and La tagliata beach is 2 km away from the house. Near villages are also the well known fisherman harbours of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with their summer touristic attractions.
