Situata nella campagna nord-occidentale di Lucca, tra la città e la costa della Versilia, la villa è una proprietà accogliente e isolata, ricca di colori, armonia e comfort. Siamo convenientemente situati vicino alle famose località balneari della Versilia e alla magica città di Lucca. Dal momento che dista meno di 12 km dall'uscita dell'autostrada, è una base ideale per visitare le principali città toscane. Gli ospiti che hanno affittato la nostra villa in passato hanno particolarmente apprezzato la bellezza e la tranquillità della tenuta. La Villa è stata costruita con materiali moderni e arredata ed è particolarmente luminosa e piena di luce. La sua struttura lo rende ideale per due famiglie (due cucine separate) che desiderano fare una vacanza insieme, pur mantenendo la propria privacy. Sono stati forniti anche servizi moderni, tra cui TVsat e connessione WIFI, idromassaggio. Negozi e ristoranti si trovano a soli 500 metri dalla villa. Di fronte alla casa c'è un bel patio coperto arredato come un salotto esterno, con tavolo e sedie, che è l'ideale per mangiare all'aperto. La grande piscina (12 metri x 6 h. 1.2 / 2. 5) si trova proprio di fronte alla terrazza, in un giardino pianeggiante che ben si adatta alle giovani famiglie. Bel giardino esterno per bambini: due belle altalene e un sandypit. L'area intorno alla villa è l'ideale per chi ama il ciclismo

We had a wonderful family stay here in May. The house is big and flexible to allow all our generations their own space. The pool is large, with a long flat shallow end and a deep end deep enough to dive. Fantastic. Brilliant garden space and games stuff kept us occupied but the villas location was good for Lucca and Pisa. Some of us went to Florence!Would love to come back with the family. Thank you.

Alessandro was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The villa was a little difficult to find but he helped us navigate. The property is beautiful and clean and has amazing views that elicit joy. The only recommendation I would have is to have tea, water and coffee available for guests which is what we experienced at other properties we stayed at on our travels. The rooms were spacious and offered privacy and common areas were perfect for gathering.

It was a very nice property, a lot of space and facilities in a very nice environment. Surrounded by hills but not far to the sea to enjoy some day trips at the boulevard.The swimming pool is amazing for kids to have fun!!Thank you Alessandro for your nice property and easy check-in and check-out.

What a lovely place to holiday! San Martino in Freddana was magical and Lucca was just 10 minutes away and amazing. The villa was very impressive on first appearance, we then found a few things that weren’t good. The microwave didn’t work, the iron was broken, many lightbulbs were not working and the kitchen utensils were basic. As a party of 7 we managed but if the villa was full to capacity, there wouldn’t have been enough glasses etc. The basement was very dark and incredibly damp while we were there, it was raining though. One of my children’s mattresses was covered in mould which was a big put off as she is asthmatic and suffered because of it. We had paid a service charge for a cleaner but week 1 only beds and towels were changed, week 2 the bathrooms were cleaned too but at no point was the floor swept or mopped. The swimming pool was absolutely gorgeous but the plastic grid round the outside was obviously brittle and my husband fell through it, badly injuring his foot. That said, the caretakers did offer to get us medical assistance if we needed it. The outdoor slabs were extremely slippery and all but one of us slipped over on them resulting in various minor injuries. All in all, the location was amazing, the villa was very nice but not quite as luxury as led to believe. Joanna was extremely helpful all of the time. Nice holiday had by all.
