It includes two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The terrace is a lovely and peaceful outdoor space, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner during spring and summer. It overlooks internal gardens and surrounding buildings, offering a quiet corner in the centre of Florence.
The apartment is located in San Frediano, in the Oltrarno district, one of Florence’s most authentic and lively neighbourhoods. Here you can experience everyday Florentine life, surrounded by artisan workshops, excellent local restaurants, vintage shops, food stores, organic shops and daily markets.
Only a short walk away you will find Piazza Santo Spirito, one of the most beautiful and vibrant squares in Florence, with outdoor cafés, lively bars and some of the city’s most loved restaurants.

The apartment was in a perfect location. A short walk to all the historic sites. Viviana was the perfect host and very helpful with our stay. She even came to say goodbye when we left

We had a nice stay at this flat. Pros: location, outdoor area, spacious living area, good communication with host, generally clean (although we had to run dishes through the dishwasher before use). Cons: church bells ring LOUDLY and often in the morning starting around 7am which made it difficult to sleep in. Also, I chose this flat in part because air-conditioning was a listed amenity, but upon arrival we were told air-conditioning would not be turned on until June. There are also strict instructions that you are not allowed to adjust the thermostat during your stay (up or down) which makes it difficult to ensure your comfort.

The appartement was really not clean! The contact persoon startend to clean as we checked in, because she was embarrassed!The little terras on the pictures… is a real dirty mess!WiFi is poor! The air conditioning- only in the bedrooms- doesn’t really cool off when it’s hot.There are no international channels on the tv.If they put more effort in the overall ambiance and the cleanliness, this could be a top property.The best was its location.We will NOT rent it again, unless some improvements are made. So sorry!
