The entire staff was very professional and pleasant, especially Nada and Miroslav.
They also accepted our request for a late check in and allowed us to stay a bit longer and didn't force an early check out.
The breakfast was also delicious and there was plenty of variety, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The perfect one night stay.

Great location, with the railway station for Köln and Düsseldorf just a 15-min walk away. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and absolutely clean. We also appreciated the free drink vouchers for skipping daily cleaning — a nice environmentally friendly option. Overall, the stay offered excellent value for the price.

Staff accogliente, ottimo servizio, camera pulita e silenziosa. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante e abbiamo mangiato bene. Tutto perfetto.
