This duplex apartment, located on the third and fourth floors with elevator, is located in a historic building at Via del Babuino 48, 200 meters from the famous Spanish Steps. Situated in a quiet location, it features a living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals (refrigerator, microwave, and dining area), two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. It offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels for all guests.
The "Tridente" neighborhood, the beating heart of Rome, Italy, and the world, offers splendid architecture and a wide range of services. Excellent location to easily walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, pantheon, Bourghese gardens and the bonus is the taxis available at Piazza di Popollo. We utilized the close carrefore groceries for quick snacks and wine. The elevator was most useful for getting our luggage up to and down from the apartment. The hosts were accommodating and quick to respond to any questions Bellisimo

Absolutely fantastic location; we couldn’t have asked for better. We especially appreciated having an elevator. The apartment itself is situated between floors, which wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns.Despite being in a very busy area, the apartment was impressively quiet and set high enough to feel peaceful. It’s modern, beautifully decorated, and very spacious overall.One thing to keep in mind is that the second bedroom is accessed via a narrow, circular metal staircase. Our kids thought it was great fun, but it could be a bit challenging for some guests.The bathroom was clean and modern, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure, though it is on the smaller side. The kitchen, on the other hand, was bright, roomy, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals including thoughtful extras like snacks, coffee, and tea.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

It was a delight to stay in this apartment. Super comfortable.It has a lovely bright modern kitchen . It was so nice to make a hot cup of tea and cook a meal. This apartment is in a perfect location. Close to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. You can also walk to the Vatican 3 km away. And you have the choice of 2 metro stations to use.The laundromat is the first street on the right as you exit left from the apartment. Carrefours express is really close about 2 blocks turning right and cheaper than the larger Coop supermarkets .Alberto met us at the apartment and arranged a transfer to the airport. So check in and check out is seamless.
