CA '3 ARCHI Family Apartment: Lovely for relaxing 20 minutes away from Venice!
Ca’ 3 Archi is on the ancient Napoleonic Road called Terraglio between Venice and Treviso, well served by buses and a short walk far from Mogliano train station where a ride gets you to Venice in 20 minutes !
CA' 3 ARCHI is a unique and lovely green location near around corner from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, trains all within 10 minutes walk !
Ca’ 3 Archi is family friendly, in this green space great for relaxing you find a lovely place to bring the kids. Enjoy yours holidays !
The apartment, located in a private floor for exclusive use of the guests, includes :
> Kitchen
> Living Room
> Double Bedroom
> Kids Bedroom with bunk bed
> Bathroom
Guests can access at the their private floor where is the apartment through a private entrance located on the side of the house, independent from the rest of the house.
The apartment is self-contained, but remains part of the main house, so there will be the general activity associated with being a neighbour. You'll hear us using the rest of the house.
The shared areas are open to guests:
> Car Park
> Garden
> Play Room unheated after 6 PM.
Location in front of main road is surrounded by large private parks: a valuable place green close to the center.
In spite of the fact that we are walking distance from the center when you wake up in the morning you may see a squirrel peeping through the branches of the trees, hear the singing of blackbirds or the chant of cicadas and cuckoos. We think this is worth the short walk to get downtown !
All shops you may need are within 8-10 minutes walk: restaurants, bars, pubs, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. Your apartment is only a few minutes walk from train station and bus stop: 8-10 minutes walk to train station 2-3 minutes walk to bus stop.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of a small provincial town: if you are looking for a room in St Mark's Square or around Grand Canal please keep looking.
Mogliano is one of the best connected areas to Venice with trains and buses: Venice is only a 20 minute train ride away and round trip price of ticket is around 5 euros During business hours (7AM - 8PM) trains from Mogliano to Venice leave every 15 minutes, after 8PM they leave every 30 minutes. For coming back from Venice the last train leave at midnight.
Connections by train with other main cities of Veneto region are excellent :
> 10 - 12 minutes to Treviso
> 35 - 45 minutes to Padova
> 50 -60 minutes to Vicenza
> 130 - 140 minutes to Verona
If you're flying in, we recommend a cheap transfer service from Venice VCE (Marco Polo) and Treviso TSF (Canova) airports: 30 euros up to 4 people stuff included for ride, only 20 minutes drive from Marco Polo and 30 minutes drive from Canova.
If you are coming by car we recommend to visit the surroundings:
> 18 Km to Brenta Riviera
> 40 Km to Jesolo Beach 50 Km to Asolo and Prosecco hills
> 140 Km to Cortina and Dolomiti Mountains (UNESCO World Heritage)
> 160 Km to Sirmione and Garda Lake

Lovely clean airy flat in a lovely old house.The host was very friendly and helpful. Was lovely to stay out of Venice. Very peaceful place despite being by the side of the Napoleonic road.
Loved having breakfast at the train station 10 minutes walk away. Fantastic to enter Venice on the train - such a beautiful sight.

Appartamento pulito e arioso in una vecchia casa, host amichevole, posizione tranquilla. Mi è piaciuto stare fuori da Venezia. Ottima colazione alla stazione del treno nelle vicinanze. Bellissima vista entrando a Venezia in treno.
