Salve a tutti e benvenuti in questa pagina! Casa mia è composta da tre camere da letto, due bagni, una zona relax con divano e tv led a 40" una cucina con tv led 22".
Le camere da letto matrimoniali 2 sono climatizzate, l’altra è ventilata .In ogni stanza vi è il wi-fi.
La casa è in pieno centro ed è possibile spostarsi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici per visitare via Etnea, il Duomo e le bellezze di Catania.
Sotto casa mia potrete trovare: bar,supermercati, farmacie,tabacchi, servizi bancomat, parrucchiere, ristoranti,pizzerie,paninerie, enoteche ecc.
Inoltre a pochi metri da casa mia vi è un bellissimo mercato chiamato da noi catanesi anche"fiera".
La casa è vicina alla stazione dei bus e dei treni ed il mare è possibile raggiungerlo o con il bus o con una passeggiata da 15 minuti.Per visitare l'Etna è molto comodo il bus che parte alle ore 8:00 dalla stazione dei bus.
N.b. se siete in tre o quattro persone e volete più stanze da letto invece di due stanze da letto ci saranno dei costi aggiuntivi extra. comunque la casa per il periodo richiesto sarà esclusivamente vostra.

The 2 bedrooms are eith air conditioned. In every room there is free wi - fi
The house is right downtown and you can move on foot or by public transport to visit via Etnea , the Cathedral and the beauty of Catania .
In my house you will find : bars , supermarkets , pharmacies , tobacconists , ATM services , hairdressers , restaurants , pizzerias , sandwich bar , wine bars and so on .
Also a few meters from my house there is a beautiful market called by us Catania also " fair" .
The house is close to the bus and train station and the sea you can reach him or by bus or by walking 15 minutes.For visit Etna is very convenient the bus that leaves at 8:00 am from bus station .

Alessio is a fantastic host, who gave us great tips on where to eat and how to move around Catania. The apartment was safe, had enough room for the 4 of us, we had two bathrooms and enough space to cook. We came in November, so there were some really annoying Mosquitos in our room, but other than that, it was nice.

Nice appartment and very friendly host. He was reachable all the time when needed and helped us with everything. The host had water bottles, ice tea, breakfast-packages and some other groceries ready as a welcome package. All needed amenities in aboundend quantities. The host is really generous and nice. Parking is possible on the street. Just be aware that only the not blue or yellow marked spaces are for free. He also helped us with the suitcases up the quite narrow stairs. Narrow is the right word for the city streets as almost everywhere in Italy. Only thing I woul have asked is a bigger shower. However, the host is thinking how to solve it. Overall a very good experience at a really fair price!
