Casa di campagna con una fantastica vista sul Puig de Misa di Santa Eulalia del Rio e con splendide viste sulle montagne. Dispone di tre camere matrimoniali con bagno corrispondente, ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo, cucina, due terrazze / portici coperti, piscina privata circondata da giardino, barbecue e un ampio patio esterno.
Situato a soli 2 minuti dalla città di Santa Eulalia del Rio, una città molto tranquilla e familiare, dove si trova una bellissima spiaggia. I migliori ristoranti si trovano per provare la cucina tipica di Ibiza.
Situato a circa 12 chilometri dalla città di Ibiza.
Cinque minuti di distanza si trova la zona di Es Cana, dove il mercoledì c'è un mercato hippy e anche una bellissima spiaggia.
San Carlos è la città successiva dove c'è una bella chiesa e ristoranti dove mangiare, il sabato è aperto il mercato hippy chiamato Las Dalias.
La casa è ideale per rilassarsi con la famiglia / amici dove c'è molta tranquillità in campagna

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. The Villa is gorgeous, as are the surroundings and the pool. There is a shop, bar and smoke house all walking distance away. Buses run from the main road (about 2 mins walk) and taxi’s are also easy to flag down. The absolute best thing about the property is the owner, Eva. Eva couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and was always incredibly quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be going back.

When we landed on Ibiza, Eva asked us at what time we would arrive at the house so she could welcome us. To our surprise we were able to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time. During our stay, Eva would sometimes come and take care of the property around the house and have a nice little chat with us. The house is located in a protected area which is only reachable if you have a key for the automatic fence. This gives a great sense of protection. The house itself is very big! Three double bedrooms, each with a huge bathroom. A nice livingroom and a large well equipped kitchen. There's also an extra toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. The bathrooms all have a couple of towels and the beds were allready made. The house itself doesn't get very warm which is great in summer. If it does get too hot or cold you can use the airco to cool or warm the house very fast. Outside there is a nice swimmingpool and a stone made bbq. There are also a couple of places around the house where you can eat or drink. Overall we had a great stay!

Six of us spent a chilled week in the villa after our sons wedding and it was just what we needed.Eva and her parents are so welcoming and were so helpful in dealing with taxis at the end of our holiday.The villa is spotless with everything you needed and if I had one tiny comment to make it was the pillows were rather thin but it did not detract from the beautiful scenery and pool which were fabulous.The butcher at the end of the road made the most fabulous burgers and the supermarket within walking distance had everything we needed we lacked for nothing the whole week.We took buses from the end of the road all the time which worked a treat saving us from hiring a car and costing a fortune!All I can say is do not hesitate to book this villa you will not be disappointed at all . Thank you Eva x
