The apartment is pretty much as-listed, great views and convenient walking distance to restaurants and bus/taxi stations. For USA visitors, note tub/shower means a handheld shower nozzle in the tub, so showering there becomes a one-handed operation.

Absolutely exceptional stay. The view alone is unforgettable, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Isabella truly made the experience—an outstanding host who shared fantastic local recommendations that elevated our entire trip. Would return without hesitation.

The apartment was obviously a rental unit as its decor was sparse. Shower was very small and the shower spray head did not fit the holder so you had to hold it in one hand. Forgot the washing machine it almost destroyed our clothes Road noise was noticeable but manageable and 3 of the 7 nights we had a barking dog that barked non stop for hours. Not sure if this was a temporary thing but that’s what we had to endure. Anytime anyone was checking in or leaving their suitcase wheels noise resonated through the concrete floors. Pool was excellent and seating was never a problem. Parking garage was convenient but to get to it you need to take 2 elevators that were pathetically slow. It’s Taormina so everything is steps and steep grades. View was as advertised and we appreciated managers assistance checking in. Overall I’d rate this stay as a C.
