Property was clean and kitchen was well appointed. I gave four stars because most of the dishes we used were dirty and had to be washed before use and the oven did not work. The house has a fireplace but it said you must clean out all ashes to avoid charge but no wood, shovel or bucket was provided. Fire would have been nice to have. Overall a good place for the money.

Cute little house, perfect location, exactly as described online. It was one little issue with my stayed. the couches were full of some kind of pet hair that caused my daughter and husband a terrible allergies reaction.

This was a great place to stay to visit family in Glenwood Springs, close to the main roads. We also appreciated that these owners accept dogs. That made a bit difference for us.

Location! It’s a perfect little spot right on the outskirts of the city. So, it’s a quick drive to anything or walk if you’d rather. But perfectly outside, so that the people/traffic does not bother you or your stay. It was quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed the back deck and star gazing at night. The beds were comfy. Linens were clean etc. The few condiments in the fridge really saved us too! We had no idea there would be any, but there were! Definitely a home away from home. All the essentials that you need! Only downfalls- we had a truck/trailer combo. Approx 50 feet in length. To get it in the tight turn of the drive way was a little tricky. We did it and luckily came in late at night so that when we blocked the whole street to turn the rig around and back in, we didn’t stop many people. (no way we could have pulled in straight and if we did, getting out would have been super hard in the morning with more people on the roads) And the water pressure didn’t get that hot.. maybe we are just spoiled to Texas weather and the cold in the air controlled it that much. But with it being full blast hot, it still was close to 80 degrees maybe. It never really satisfied my coldness etc. Other than that, loved the place. And even with the downfalls, we would stay again! Loved the location and wished we would have stayed longer. :)

Description was spot on. House was clean, quiet. Very easy to contact property manager if any questions arise.

This property is within a 10 minute walk to downtown Glenwood Springs and very convenient. It is also close to walking trails and has a lovely deck. There was a key code issue and the property manager was very responsive. Dog friendly properties are rare and this one was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Close to mid town. Most everything within walking distance. Cozy, comfortable accommodations.

9-minute easy walk to downtown Glenwood Springs! Very comfortable, big back deck. We were worried about the busy road but it was not an issue, much less noisy than we expected
