Everything was excellent!

Easy to find and wonderfully calm and peaceful - though that may have been partly because we visited in August, outside the ski season. The food was really tasty and enjoyable. The apartment itself was quite spacious, with plenty of room for the two of us and our large suitcases. The surrounding nature was lovely too, with pretty flowers and bugs adding to the charm.

The air conditioner developed a leak and kept dripping even when switched off, which disturbed our sleep. Getting to the apartment involves climbing a fairly steep set of stairs, which was tricky with large suitcases. There are also some begging cats around - a bit annoying at meal times, though honestly kind of endearing to watch too. Food service took a little while, likely because one person was handling both cooking and serving. Lastly, the shower wasn't very comfortable for taller guests.

The LOCATION was the PERFECT base for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and personal welcome. The hosts Suzana and Mona went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and made us feel truly welcome. Our children absolutely loved staying here. The APARTMENT was spacious, COMFORTABLE, and had everything we needed. If there was anything else we wanted, we only had to ask, and it was happily provided. The BREAKFAST was OUTSTANDING, freshly prepared, and very personal. We could ask for anything we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. We also had dinner twice at the restaurant/bistro, and both MEALS were EXCELLENT. The food was delicious, and the value for money was exceptional. What made our stay truly special was the genuine hospitality and kindness of the hosts. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return.

The young lady who did the guest liaison was really helpful and and worked super hard to keep everything going. The restaurant offered tasty food.

We booked apartment because we wanted to self cater and it was advertised as such. However when we arrived there was a stove but no cooking equipment, pans et cetera. I asked for a frying pan and was told that guests need to eat their meals in the restaurant as there is not a fan in the apartment to get rid of cooking smells. I explained that I sometimes have to eat in the night and eventually a frying pan was provided. We had booked two rooms for two people but only one of the rooms was made up, although we were given sheets when we asked for them. The apartment was okay but rather dated; the shower leaked on the floor and sometimes had a drain smell. The carpet on the balcony was worn and dirty.
