Elegant apartment of 120 sqm , completely renovated, located a few meters from the Vatican City from the most beautiful attractions of the eternal city. It can accommodate up to 13 people. Giving the utmost comfort, while being centrally located, is not located in the ZTL area (limited traffic area), so with free car access, you can comfortably park in the secure guarded parking. Located on the fourth floor of a condominium with elevator,It consists of a large lounge with sofa bed (x 2 people) TV LED, stereo and air conditioning. A large kitchen area with extending table that can accommodate up to 12 people, equipped with fridge, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fully equipped kitchenware with pots and crockery. GETTING AROUND
The apartment is located at the entrance of the underground line A, stop "" Baldo degli Ubaldi ", on site, bus and taxi station, with the ability to easily reach the historic center (Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, Fountain Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Trastevere etc.). If you want to walk, the Vatican is only 15 ", or alternatively No. 4 bus stops and 2 metro stations, in only 4 minutes.
Well connected to the main railway station "Termini" and the airport of Fiumicino.

Elegante appartamento di 120 mq completamente ristrutturato, situato a pochi metri dalla città del Vaticano e dalle più belle attrazioni della città eterna. Può ospitare fino a 13 persone. dando il massimo del comfort, e pur essendo centralissimo, non si trova in zona ZTL (zona a traffico limitato), quindi con libero accesso in macchina, che potete comodamente posteggiare a pochi metri, nel parcheggio custodito a pagamento. Posizionato al quarto piano in condominio con ascensore. E' composto da un ampio salone con divano letto ( x 2 persone) TV LED, stereo ed aria condizionata. Un grande spazio cucina , con tavolo allungabile che puo accomodare fino a 12 persone, accessoriata di frigo, macchina del gas, forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane e lavatrice totalmente accessoriata di pentole e stoviglie. Le tre camere da letto matrimoniali, sono anch'esse fornite di Tv LED, ed aria condizionata, ognuna di esse ha al suo interno un comodo bagno con doccia , finemente rifinito in stile moderno.

L'appartamento si trova all'ingresso della metropolitana LINEA A , fermata "" Baldo degli Ubaldi", presenti in loco, stazione bus e taxi, con la possibilità di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico ( Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Trastevere etc.). Se si vuole passeggiare, la Città Del Vaticano dista soli 15" , o in alternativa n° 4 fermate di bus o 2 fermate di metro, in soli 4 minuti. Ben collegato con la stazione ferroviaria centrale di "Roma Termini" e con l'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Es. Se l'Ospite arriva dall'Aeroporto di Fiumicino, e deve arrivare da noi senza auto, può prendere il treno (Air-terminal), che lo fa giungere alla centralissima "Stazione Termini", da li prende la METROPOLITANA LINEA-A direzione "Mattia Battistini", che lo porterà direttamente sotto casa.

Quartiere commerciale, fornito di tutti i servizi: bar,ristoranti, pizzerie, gelaterie, supermercati, farmacie,uffici postali, giornalai, banche e due grandi parchi (villa Carpegna e Villa Panphili).Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, consiglio a pochi metri tre ristoranti molto carini, uno denominato FERRO e GHISA, che cucina la carne in modo eccellente, un secondo denominato RISTORANTE SORA PIA, specializzato in cucina a base di pesce, e anche per una pizza eccellente, ed in fine se volete degustare specialità napoletane IL TAMBURELLO DI PULCINELLA . A pochissimi metri si trova l'istituto dermatologico IDI e a MT 800 circa è situato l'ospedale SAN CARLO DI NANCY, con servizio di pronto soccorso, in fine il Centro Congressi Ergife. L'Ospedale pediatrico Bambino Gesù, e altro ospedale POLICLINICO GEMELLI, distano a km 4 circa.

Durante il periodo del soggiorno,non saremo presenti. Ma gli ospiti che incontreremo al check-in potranno avere i nostri riferimenti telefonici, per essere a loro disposizione in qualsiasi momento. Quindi potranno trascorrere serenamente il loro soggiorno in completa privacy, ma allo stesso tempo supportati da un servizio discreto e presente.

I nostri ospiti potranno usufruire di tutti i servizi che offriamo, e con il servizio WiFi in fibra ottica superveloce gratuito, potranno interagire in tutta casa, senza alcuna limitazione. Non è permesso fumare e portare animali.

La Tassa di soggiorno è di euro 3,50 a persona/notte ( escluso bambini fino ai 10 anni ) da pagare direttamente all'Host. possibilità di prenotare un PICK-UP a pagamento, per i spostamenti da o verso gli aeroporti di Roma FIUMICINO e Roma CIAMPINO, e da o verso la STAZIONE TYERMINI. Per famiglie con bambini, possibilità di riservare una culla e passeggino Il Check in tardivo dopo le ore 10:00 PM comporta un siupplemento di Euro 30,00.
