Me alojé en el apartamento a principios de septiembre y mi experiencia fue excelente. Antes de alojarme había leído algunos comentarios sobre posibles problemas con el aire acondicionado o sobre la falta de menaje en la cocina, pero en mi estancia todo funcionó perfectamente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y enfriaba bastante. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y, además, el salón cuenta con dos aparatos, por lo que la temperatura del apartamento se mantiene muy agradable incluso en los días de más calor. En la cocina también hay suficiente menaje para poder pasar varios días cómodamente. La ubicación es inmejorable, literalmente al lado de la playa, a unos 50 metros aproximadamente. También hay supermercados, pescaderías, carnicerías y todo tipo de servicios y comercios en los alrededores. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy cómoda y sencilla. También me pareció especialmente práctico el sistema de acceso mediante llave electrónica, ya que cada persona alojada puede utilizarla desde su propio teléfono. Esto resulta muy cómodo, especialmente para ir a la playa sin tener que llevar una llave física y preocuparse por perderla. Además, hay muy buena comunicación con el centro de Málaga. A unos 400-500 metros hay una parada de autobús con varias conexiones al día hacia el centro. En general, el apartamento está muy bien equipado, es cómodo, está perfectamente ubicado y todo funcionó muy bien durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, una experiencia excelente.

La terraza, el apartamento en sí y la ubicación

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y el suelo no están muy limpio.

Heerlijke bedden, fijne douche, schoon, perfecte locatie. 1 minuut lopen naar het strand. Gezellig ontbijt restaurant aan de overkant.

De lift was stuk. Er was maar 1 glas voor wijn.

Coming into the building and the apartment is quite easy since you get a link where you can open both doors through the phone. Then you have the proper keys in the apartment that you can use throughout your stay. The apartment is nice, has 3 bedrooms and a good bathroom. The kitchen is ok too, but there were not enough cutlery and glasses. We had some issues with the WiFi after 2 days, even though we fixed it ourselves in the end, the host was easy to reach and came to the apartment to check on it within 24 hours. The beach is very close too and it's nice to walk by the sea and just enjoy the sun. There is also a bar with a playground about 5 minutes away (walking towards Rincon by the sea) which is very nice too. There is also a nice restaurant called "Leche y Miel" which is open until 17:00 on most days. We ate Paella there which you have to order a day before, and it was very good.

The issue we had when arriving was that Apple Maps didn't show the right building. So, we struggled a bit to find the building in the beginning. Google Maps might be better there. When it comes to the apartment, the windows are not very tight and difficult to close properly. On top, the walls are very very thin. You can here everything and every neighbour. They talk until very late into the night. Unfortunately, I have to say that I don't recommend this apartment for families. The worst was the neighbour below our apartment. We have 4 kids, but our kids were not making a lot of noise, they were also only awake starting from 8:30/9:00. After we had breakfast and while we were doing the dishes and the kids were sitting on the couch, someone was ringing on our door like crazy. When we opened the door, we got an old grumpy man in front of the door with his cigarette, probably drunk too, insulting us, telling us we should go back to our country, that he doesn't care if there are kids and yelling at us. This led to a situation where we were not feeling comfortable anymore being in the apartment and we still had one week left. My kids were scared and didn't want to walk around anymore or every time they dropped something, they were almost crying. I told everything to the host and he said that the same neighbour also yelled at the cleaning crew once. So he is aware, but I am not sure if they are actually able to do anything to improve the situation.
