Perfect location in a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood, just a few steps from the Biennale Giardini and a very short walk from bars and restaurants. Everything you could need, from Mocca pot to hairdryer to AC. And just two stops to take a dip in the Lido.

We loved the location. You are almost in the Giardini and 5 minutes walk from that part of the biennale. The Arsenale is only about 20 minutes walk. There are several good restaurants nearby, including the excellent Osteria San Isepo (formelry Bar Lele) about a 1 minute walk away. The vaporetto stop is nearby and the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people.
A problem with the air conditioning upstairs was resolved by the hosts within 24 hours. You do need it though - the upstairs bedroom is far too hot without it. It is very effective and not too noisy once working.

Lekker ruim appartement, rustige buurt, fijne douche boven. Bed boven was oké.
