the hotel room was clean and a good size. bed and pillows were comfortable.
I did not like that we were placed on a pet friendly floor and not told in advance. There was a dog barking all day in the room next door and it was very disturbing. Also, the location was not that great. There was a man rummaging through the garbage disposal out back and some questionable people milling around. I did not feel that safe at night.

The staff was really friendly, patient and helpful. I appreciated that everything in the fitness center worked and that the pool was clean. My room was clean and in good order.
This is silly, but it would be great to have some pool noodles to use to float around in the pool with. I recently stayed at another hotel and they had those. It made it very relaxing to just float on a pool noodle. No maintenance needed.

The hotel was nice and updated
It was in a very sketchy location, plenty of criminal activity all around, people screaming at the top of their lungs, kids screaming the first night long after midnight. Had to replace my key the second night as we had left it in the room. The lady was pretty rude about having to let us in.
