Authentic Roman apartment in the ancient heart of Rome.

You will live in an authentic ancient palace of the '500 near Piazza Navona, San Pietro, the Coliseum,
There is a large livingy room with fireplace, a large kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with fireplace, three bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, a loft with a single bed and a lovely little terrace between the roofs.
The house is equipped with every comfort. 3 supermarkets 5 min walk from the flat, 1 food store under the house. You'll love the atmosphere and you will live an unforgettable holiday!
The palace was built between 1480 and 1520 in the period in which it stood the "Fabbrica di San Pietro" (St. Peter's Factory). Pope Sisto V reclaimed the area, which was at the time on the embankment of the Tiber, to build houses in which accomodate architects and craftsmen who worked at the Fabbrica di San Pietro. The place was strategic because it is well connected by Ponte Sant'Angelo from which the district takes the name "Ponte", and also stood near the river port of Tor Millina where the materials for the construction of the Basilica arrived. In the period in which our building was built, the marbles of ancient Roman monuments were recovered for the construction, in fact in our cloister you can see two columns and architraves coming from an amphitheater that stood nearby. In our ward they lived among the most famous, Borromini, Maderno and Benvenuto Cellini. The zone is very lively full of bar, bistrot and restaurants.

We loved our stay here in Rome! The apartment was gorgeous (loved all the unique antiques and artwork). The primary bedroom and private bathroom room were separate from the rest of the bedrooms which was a bonus. Three bathrooms made getting 5 adults ready for the day a breeze. The amenities were thoughtful and numerous. We loved the upstairs balcony and private space. We all felt we could move in tomorrow and spend the rest of our days there. The location was superb-a five minute walk to Piazza Navonna and the streets right outside the apartment are lined with many bars, restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the noise level on the weekend when the club was open. A small price for the experience. We would stay here again!

Very nice and spacious. Margherita was awesome and very thorough with process. Easy access to so much! New windows might have reduced street noise in the late evening.

This was the perfect flat for our family trip to Rome. We were right in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, shopping and all the sights! Absolutely loved the space. Super clean and check in was easy!
