Questo appartamento si trova al secondo piano, servito da montacarichi che può trasportare una persona o solo i bagagli, di un palazzo storico in piazza Matteotti, piazza posizionata all’inizio della strada centrale di Siena, via Banchi di sopra; in soli pochi passi sarete nel cuore pulsante della città.
L\'intera casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e ri arredata con uno stile raffinato ed un\'atmosfera accogliente, per farvi sentire davvero come a casa vostra. Ogni stanza è ricca di luce naturale grazie alle luminose finestre. La grande terrazza attrezzata con salottino da esterno e tavolo completano la proprietà.
La zona giorno è dotata di divano letto, caratteristico tavolo in legno, zona tv, e consente l’accesso al terrazzo attrezzato con poltroncine ed un tavolo su cui poter consumare un pasto o passare una serata in compagnia. La cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata per consentirvi di cucinare i vostri piatti preferiti come a casa vostra. flat tv, microonde e aria condizionata sono eccellenti bonus.
Le camere da letto sono ben curate e fornite entrambe di letti king size. Una delle due ha il bagno al suo interno.
Un piccolo corridoio caratterizzato da un grande specchio d’epoca ed un altro bagno completano la proprietà
Tutte le stanze sono fornite di riscaldamento e aria condizionata, un lusso a cui questa splendida proprietà non poteva mancare.

The location was perfect, located just on the outer edge of the historical district. We enjoyed the large patio and close proximity to everything. Would certainly recommend staying here!!!

Very convenient location to the City Center and to the San Domenica Church, where many tour groups meet. Also, the Nannini's just below for breakfast was a nice convenience. Grocery was right around the corner, also. The rooftop patio was wonderful and despite a slight glitch with the hot water, which was fixed immediately, no issues. the rooms were spacious enough and the storage was adequate. Kitchen was well equipped.I would stay there again when in Siena.

We had an excellent stay in Siena and were very impressed with the property. The apartment was exactly as described—beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location was a standout feature, perfectly situated to explore the city with ease while still offering a great place to unwind after a full day out.While communication was somewhat limited at times, it was effective where it mattered most. Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and the host remained available and responsive during the stay when needed.Overall, the quality of the space and its prime location made for a very enjoyable experience. I would confidently recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Siena.

I would rate this property as “ok.” It is in a good location near restaurants, bars and the Conad grocery. Overall our stay was alright except for:
- the showers did not drain properly. The manager sent some one over to check this but didn’t solve the issue.
- kitchen did not feature a coffee maker, just two tiny moka pots
- the sink in one bath was totally clogged, this was fixed.
- the only electrical plug in the same bath did not work. Reported but was not fixed.
- the outdoor furniture on the terrace was tattered and in sore need of replacement.
In short, we didn’t feel like the property measured up to the money spent for it.
