My family and I loved staying here. It’s in a great location and the place itself is exactly how it’s described.

Location was perfect, very close to the city. I wish furniture was more comfortable but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The place is clean and in a great location. The entry process and WiFi have been recently updated which weren’t documented so we had to reach out to the owner. He was quick to respond, though. Little details like that need attention through the space. For example, some of the pots could stand replacing to make the kitchen easily useable. But any little items like that were offset by having a good location, a kid friendly space, and a really easy check out. We would come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here, great views, easy access to all the city points we had planned (mostly a college visit and "get to know Pittsburgh") getaway for the first time with the family in a year. Great apartment, very comfortable, well stocked in bathroom. Responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the sights in Mt Washington. Super close to dining & shops as well. Corey was easy to work with. Hope to stay again sometime.

We stayed in this house for a weekend away with some friends in Pittsburgh and it was great. House was exactly what we were expecting and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Corey's place fit the 6 of us perfectly. It was clean and we'll equip with everything we needed. The drives to south side, Pitt and PPG Paints arena were very quick and easy. We would definitely do it again.

Place was perfect for our quick stay. It’s well furnished and about a 10 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Grandview overlook was a very cool view of the city. We had four people, so one slept on the pullout which is a bit short for a 6’ person, but doable. Beds were comfortable.

The place was clean and convenient to get around the city. Bedrooms were bigger than I though. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. Corey’s did a great job at replying back to us. The only issue we had was the neighbors having a party at 4am in the morning the first night which was out of everyone’s control. I’ll definitely look at booking this place again next I visit Pittsburgh.

Unit nicely remodeled in an older building, with bathroom on 3rd floor (rental on 2nd and 3rd floor). Wife didn't care for bathroom on 3rd floor as we live ranch style. Unit located in a decent residential neighborhood of Mt. Washington, close to nice restaurants and bar and grille establishments. Neighbor likes to play music till the wee hours of the morning, but not extremely disturbing. Corey was more than accommodating with supplying info for all our questions and his recommendations for restaurants and attractions in Pittsburgh. Definately recommend the double decker hop on, hop off bus tour with narrated trip and choice of 21 stops to get off and explore. Very informative for the Steel city. All in all a GREAT weekend. Not too keen on the additional fees of VRBO. Still reasonable rental charge. Not the same if you are used to hotels, but many prefer this type of rental. We are not used to this city style of rental. Would hate to drive these small up and down streets in the winter. In summary, visit to Pittsburgh was an amazing experience and the accommodations were comfortable and homey.

The first night that I stayed, there was a party at the neighbor's apartment which started at 8pm and wrapped up a little after 8 am. The music was pretty loud and was disruptive to sleep. The 2nd night it was all quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The unit is half of a duplex building, it has its own entry and exit. We went to dinner near by at altius which was great. I had a nice stay, other than the lack of sleep the first night.

Corey’s place was a perfect mix of Pittsburgh nostalgia and modern finishes. We loved the easy acces and the rooms where huge for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay again.
