Waterfront Views at Dolphin Watch with Heated Pool
Paradiso trovato con oltre 5.000 sf di vita e oltre 600 sf di spazio esterno coperto patio. Nel momento in cui arrivi sei nel tuo paradiso privato con nuove porte scorrevoli in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto che rivelano viste panoramiche sulla baia. Questa casa personalizzata con attenzione ai dettagli ha troppi extra da elencare. Trasmetti in streaming agli altoparlanti Sonos in tutta la casa, ascoltando i tuoi brani accanto al camino, al tavolo da biliardo che si affaccia sull'acqua, a bordo piscina o letteralmente a qualsiasi altra area dentro e intorno alla casa. C'è una camera da letto e un bagno al piano di sotto con una bella piscina / vasca da bagno con wet bar completa di sauna integrata. Adorerai il ponte al piano superiore che si affaccia sul livello inferiore con viste pittoresche sulla baia. Goditi tramonti straordinari dalla generosa suite principale sulla tua passeggiata privata intorno al ponte. Il bagno principale ha doppi lavandini, una vasca idromassaggio e cabina doccia. Guarda i delfini che giocano e le barche che girano letteralmente tutto il giorno, tutti i giorni. Rimarrai colpito dalle ampie viste sull'acqua e 150 piedi (oltre 45 metri!) di diga. Pescare dal molo è uno stile di vita, ... se questa è la tua "cosa" :)

We absolutely love Dolphin Watch and return each summer with our family! It’s a great multi generation home, stocked well to cook at home and grill out, with plenty of entertaining space for hosting your guests! The pool- wow! You can rest on the edge in the pool and watch dolphins and manatees every day! Yachts go by that are fun to watch, kayaking (many kayaks and essentials for fun provided) to Jacks Island is the best! We can’t wait to return every June! Also close to many great restaurants such as Sola!

Our family of 8 adults stayed here for 6 days. The pictures don’t do it justice, the place is stunning. We take a family vacation every year and this one is by far the best one and we’ve had some great ones!The beds were so comfortable, great quality sheets. Bath towels and beach towels in abundance. Kitchen had so much more than we expected including spices and oils. The double oven was very convenient for our group.The pool and lounge area including the hot tub were lovely. We caught several species of fish from the dock — all catch and release. We brought fishing poles but there were 4 or 5 in the garage. We saw dolphins and manatees daily, along with a very friendly White Egret that we named Jon Snow who ate from our hands!We also used the kayaks (4) of them to paddle over to the little island. Our host, Steve, was a pleasure. He gave us several dining recommendations, all great!We can’t recommend this place enough, it was a wonderful vacation!

Family of eight for thanksgiving.Fabulous property.Views are spectacular from everywere So many separate areas in and outside to hang, easily held our group.House very well appointed and stockedName (Dolphin Watch) very appropriate, as we saw dolphins every day we were there.Pool, although a little on smaller side, was heated, clean, and in great shape. Although sauna is listed on site, we didnt realize how much we would enjoy it until we got to house.Highly recommend staying here.

The location and outdoor pictures of the property are accurate and stunning. The interior however, not so much. The carpet in all of the bedrooms is stained/dirty, dishes are chipped, walls grungy. The entire property is in need of a makeover. Additionally, there were no directions for anything. The hot tub did not work when we arrived and although the property manager came the second day to sort it out, we had issues again later in our stay. Also, the fireplace was broken the entire time we were there. Apparently, it was scheduled to be repaired after our stay. We paid a premium for a property that was just mediocre.
