Very bad Wifi, most of the times I couldn’t connect, not even in the lobby. Open wifi connection is very insecure.

Self check in was perfect. Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable mattresses.
A double bed would have been much better than two single beds placed next to each other. We would have appreciated a fridge and coffee facilities.

Excellent organization, clean and ample spaces. The bed was really good and the whole room has a simple, elegant and modern look.
The parking is not easy to find. I advice to park along the street where you find Aldi supermarket.

Great location - once we found it
Clean and tidy
Arrived by car and struggled to find the apartment as the area itself is pedestrianised - suggest adding some access information to check in stuff.
As a room without access to facilities, it would be nice to have a fridge in the room - it was a hot night even with the aircon going

Spacy and clean room, close to the city center. The bed was wonderful and huge. Breakfast in Konsent was very good.
We miss bigger bin. A hairdryer and a small fridge would be good

Spacious room, equipment for handicaped person, eibarroom has taken seriously to fullfill the guests' needs. So much more in comparison with some of the hotels for tourists.

Easy, comfortable.
Cobwebs in bathroom and weird staining on the walls. No kettle to make tea, no ironing facilities and no full length mirror. Also would be go to leave a list of places to eat or where you can get food delivered on the table with the other documents!
