Nuovissimo panoramico appartamento appena ristrutturato situato nel CENTRO di Napoli, nei pressi del Museo Archeologico - Piazza Dante- Piazza Bellini- etc. raggiungibili a piedi in 15-20 minuti. E' posto, inoltre, di fronte alla stazione della Metropolitana (uscita "Salvator Rosa").
Si compone di tre camere da letto ciascuna con serratura Yale- aria condizionata - riscaldamento - wi fi gratuito - tv -terrazzo e bagno privato. La casa comprende, inoltre, un tinello e cucina.
Panorama Vesuvius Flat è un accogliente , soleggiato e panoramico appartamento di circa 100 mq situato in un edifico signorile, servito da due ascensori, con guardiania notturna nei giorni festivi nonchè nei mesi estivi H 24. Inoltre all'ingresso del palazzo ci sono: supermercato - farmacia- bar tabacchi - chiesa. Affaccia a mezzogiorno sul Vesuvio e sulla certosa di San Martino.
Si compone di due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno privato interno alla camera con asciugamani e di una camera quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale, piu un divano letto di una piazza e mezzo con bagno privato esterno alla camera ,anch'esso con asciugamani, tutte dotate di serratura yale per garantire sicurezza , aria condizionata - riscaldamento - wi fi gratuito - tv -terrazzino privato.
Il check in è dalle ore 15 alle ore 21. Dopo le ore 21 è previsto un supplemento di 15 euro.
All'arrivo dovrà essere pagata in contanti la tassa di soggiorno locale equivalente a 6 euro per persona per notte

It consists of three bedrooms ( two rooms with double bed and one room with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people) each with air conditioning - heating - free wi-fi - TV - private terrace and private bathroom. The house also includes a dining area and kitchen.
The check in is from 15 to 21. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after 21
The city tax is 6 euro per person per day

Comfortable 3 bedrooms BNB for my Mom and sister and myself. We were not staying long in Napoli, so we wanting the comforts of home for each of us, this BNB delivered. It was difficult to access shops and cafes with all of the hills for my elderly mother, but we got a taxi and then also took the Metro which was very close.

The apartment is renovated beautifully. It was clean and well located. The building and neighborhood are not nice but that’s more about what Naples is like than anything else. This apartment is beautiful. If someone needs a central apartment in Naples, I’d highly recommend Andrea’s place.

There were six of us who stayed for two nights. The location of the property was excellent as it was next to a supermarket and just a few minutes walk from the Metro. Check in was easy, and the building felt very safe. The wifi worked great in all rooms. It was nice having three bathrooms for six people with plenty of hot water. The water pressure was very intense, however, leading to a few puddles on the floor. The place was very clean, and Andrea responded quickly to all questions. There was a nice view from the balconies. The elevators were small so it took a few trips to get up to the apartment although some of us braved the stairs. It was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Naples.

The property is great, fantastic position. The balcony is great for relaxing after a long day. The place was really clean, really comfortable and Andrea is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. The area is safe and quiet.
