A modern, well-laid out apartment in a fabulous location in Baden-Baden. The host was very communicative and stayed in regular contact before, during and after our stay. They also arranged a parking spot for us nearby. All the major attractions of Baden-Baden are within walking distance.
It's worth noting that, whilst this has 2 bedrooms, the guest in the second bedroom needs to go through the first bedroom to reach the bathroom. Not a major problem for us, but it may be for others.

The apartment is adorable! I love how comfortable and cozy it was! The bathroom is phenomenal, bed was super comfy, and everything was designed beautifully. The kitchen was great and had a Nespresso coffee machine :). The street was quiet and we were able to sleep in everyday, even with the balcony door open for air.
The only negative was how hot it was, but that was because it was over 90 degrees F while we were there. We also struggled a bit with parking. In retrospect, I would pay for the spot :)

Directions unclear, access code did not work. Took us a long time, when already tired, to check in. Bathroom only accessible via one of the bedrooms, which was annoying. Owner asks for (high) tourist tax in letter, which should be included with the booking via booking.com.

The apartment is in the pedestrian zone. We were surprised that the city street cleaning service began at around 5.30 am to disturb our night's sleep.

Great location and very stylish apartment in the City Center!
It may have been helpful to know that stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep and larger luggage would have been an issue. Also it was a bit noisy from the people above - we could hear voices and laud walking around.

The apartment is well situated in the city centre with parking possible. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect location, everything we wanted to see was within a short walking distance. Loved the apartment, so homely and comfortable.

Squeaky floor in Oscar room, bed is semi-comfortable, loudness of neighborhood at times.

The location is excellent (right in the centre of town) and the facilities very comfortable and clean. We liked the little balcony and feeling of being integrated in the town.
