Beautiful Waterfront Home on John’s Pond,
Casa sul lungomare recentemente ristrutturata su John's Pond nel tranquillo quartiere di Briarwood.
Viste spettacolari da ogni camera da letto, ciascuna con un cursore per accedere al ponte di grandi dimensioni per lo stagno. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino mentre guardi l'alba o rilassati la sera guardando il riflesso della luna sul lago da un firepit aperto. Gioca a giochi da tavolo nella zona del loft o fuggi lì per un po 'di tempo tranquillo per leggere un libro e rilassarti. Che ne dici di una partita di buche di mais dall'acqua? I bambini e gli adulti amano allo stesso modo la zattera gonfiabile.
Questa proprietà ha tutti i comfort di Cape Cod senza il traffico. Situato a soli 15 minuti sopra il Borne Bridge a Mashpee.
Siamo vicini a Mashpee Commons, dove è possibile trovare negozi e molti punti ristoro. Vicino a New Seabury e diverse spiagge di acqua salata.
Goditi un viaggio in traghetto per Martha's Vineyard o Nantucket. O magari fare un tour di whale watching da Barnstable Harbour.
La nostra casa ha accesso ad una spiaggia privata di associazione, parco giochi, area pic-nic, area nuoto, rampa della barca, dock e tennis. Questa è una casa perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia, un ritiro di coppie o una vacanza per donne. Le possibilità sono infinite!

Second stay at this comfortable, water front, well maintained home. Lovely sandy beach area with kayaks etc. and a raft to swim to. So relaxing! Hosts Brad and Pam are always reachable and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had the best most relaxing week! There were 7 of us, from two 9 yr olds to grandparents. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! The house was extremely clean, very comfortable and super spacious for the 3 generations we had there. Comfy living room with a big screen TV, gorgeous decks (there are more than 1), well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, loft space for our games and jigsaw puzzles, great dining space inside and out, and the private beach! We spent most of the time on their private beach and the kids (both generations) loved the floating trampoline for swimming and playing around on and the dock for fishing, and we enjoyed sitting in the comfortable lounge chairs watching the kids enjoy the pond. The bird life on the pond is excellent.The best part was meeting our hosts, Brad and Pam, who are truly lovely people and on the spot if needed. Brad learned that our grandchildren loved to fish so made sure there were new kid-friendly fishing poles for them to use. Ditto tennis balls and pickleball rackets (there’s a nearby court for use as association members). We were even lucky enough to take a ride on their pontoon boat to allow the kids to go tubing! The Oasis of Mashpee is a wonderful place to spend a week with the family and we’d love to return.

I have stayed here before with our family and loved it. This time, we returned with a group of friends. Plenty of space for all of us, a great fire pit to enjoy at night, and a spectacular view of the lake. I love the location of this house to get to the ocean too. It’s just a short drive. I can’t say enough about the hosts. They’re super friendly, answer any questions we have, and give recommendations of places to go or restaurants in the area. We will definitely return again! It’s one of our favorite places to vacation.

It was girls’ week! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Property was in perfect condition. Pam & Brad were on top of every aspect of our visit. Would highly recommend.
