Owner lady is so nice and welcoming. She put on a Christmas fireplace video to make it more festive when I arrived. That was so nice and thoughtful. Responds to messages within a minute.
It needs some work on the building itself.

The apartment has a great location - it is really close to the sea and still quiet and not busy. Furthermore there is enough space for parking right in front of the property! And the air conditioning in the flat makes the nights really comfortable.
