Bellissima casa sul lago a 3 livelli. Vieni e goditi una vacanza in famiglia sul lago Hartwell. Tanto spazio per più famiglie per condividere questa casa con 6 camere da letto, 5 bagni con 2 master suite con letti king size e una camera a castello con 3 letti a castello (6 letti singoli). Completamente schermato sul ponte posteriore con area salotto e zona pranzo separate da un camino. Cucina completamente attrezzata con doppio forno, pentole multiple e un Keurig (basta portare le proprie k-tazze). 2 frigoriferi full size e un frigorifero per bevande, quindi porta tutto il necessario per una settimana. Dock di dimensioni massime con aree coperte e aperte, 2 scale (una inclinata per facilità d'uso) e una panca a livello dell'acqua. Grande spiaggia privata per scavare e costruire castelli di sabbia. 2 kayak disponibili per l'uso. Molto vicino al porto turistico di Harbour Light, dove è possibile noleggiare una barca o portarla da casa e tenersi in barca sul molo. Biliardino, puzzle, giochi da tavolo, tonnellate di giochi per bambini, TV PS-3 e 2 in caso di pioggia. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti, ti preghiamo di tenerli fuori dalle camere da letto e lasciarli sotto il portico schermati fino a quando non sono asciutti.

This was our first getaway since Covid. The property definitely met our expectations. The children absolutely enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of games for all ages. Even though the temperature was on the cool side they bravely jumped into the lake for a quick swim.
We would love to spend time in the summer there.

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. pots and pans, storage containers, etc. Complete with choices of spices too Plenty of dishwashing soap and towels. Wi-Fi was string enough for 2-3 of us to work when necessary. A/C worked well and kept the house cool. Family and friends enjoyed the dick and beach. Even the dog had a good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway. Grocery stores within a 20 minute ride. Screened in porch was wonderful, as was the golf cart for going back and forth to the dock/beach.

Our whole family loved everything about this property. The owners are very thoughtful in supplying things like chairs on their dock, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a kitchen that has all the meal prep things you could need, games and toys for kids and much more. The layout of the house is great for a large family with multiple generations. We had an amazing time!

Lovely property (this is the second time that we have stayed here). We were here 2 years ago & the deck was being renovated & it looks wonderful. The only problem this year was the weather (cold for May!).

Our large group of three generations had a great time in this wonderful lake home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to fix meals for the group. The lakefront is really perfect with a great dock for the kids and dogs to jump in and swim all day and a sand beach for the adults to relax on. The screen porch was perfect for after-dinner s'mores fixed in the stone fireplace.

Great week with extended family. Sixteen from 72-6 years. Beds very comfortable. Two refrigerators was a big plus. Path to lake paved. A little steep in one part but not bad. Used golf cart to transport coolers. Beach was fun for games. Location on lake was great….enough traffic to give us waves as we bobbed…dock had an extra slip for a boat and we tied up our second boat to the side with no problem. Owners very quick to address questions/concerns. Only suggestion would be to have a third trash receptacle or biweekly pickup. We tried not using paper plates so we could leave room for next renters but with 16 people, it was a lot of trash, especially when cleaning out fridge. Was easy to recycle cans at fire station. It was a great week in a great home and great location.

Family Vacation
This is the third year we have stayed at this house. It is perfect for large groups. There is something for everyone. Plenty of toys for the younger kids. A nice beach area that's shaded in the afternoons. An awesome dock that's great for fishing and jumping off of. A golf cart to get down to the water and back up. This house has it all. Very satisfied with this property.

Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

This was our second stay at this amazing property. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. Can’t say enough about the house. Plenty of space we had 14 this trip from 12-70 years of age. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

The kitchen was stocked better than any other home we've rented, which is many, 2-3 per year for over 20 years. There was a large selection of pots, pans, dishes and supplies, and were all great quality. The outdoor fireplace was definitely a hit with everyone. I would definitely book this home again., it would be a blast in the summer when we could swim.

A Great Stay at the BlueLakeHouse
Everything was great. It met all of the expectations of my family and we enjoyed our autumn family vacation immensely. The porch fireplace during the chilly weather was a great hit as well as the outdoor campfire area. The lake was beautiful and the entire inside of the house was wonderful. We even had a small family wedding there which was grand. The owner's were great people and cordial and my family and myself and my wife enjoyed the privacy. All in all, we would re-rent there again. We have several VRBO places my wife likes to call our home away from home and certainly this wonderful Lakehouse is now on the list. Beautiful Lake Home
Perfect spot on the lake to float and relax. Nice beach area near the dock that the doggos loved. Great screened in porch as well. Wish the temp. had been cooler to utilize the multiple fire places as these looked like a awesome way to spend a cold evening. Would recommend this property to any group.

The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite roomy. I love how the dock has three different ways to get in to the lake. It made it easy for the youngsters just learning to swim. The noodles, sand toys and kayaks were enjoyed by all. The private beach area was a huge hit. Alicia the owner is so easy to talk to. If you have any questions, she gets back to you quickly. I would recommend this property to any one wanting to enjoy a peaceful family and/or friend vacation on Lake Hartwell. Thank you Alicia!

Everything was wonderful my only complaint if you call it that would be the would be the walk down to the dock but it was great they provided a golf cart for that also I would personally do away with the foozball table very noisy echo throughout the house just had to tell my grandkids Not to play it. All around great time

We Love This House!

Just like to say that the pictures do not do justice to this great vac property, everyone in our group of 16 loved the place and especially the dock and beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend renting a pontoon from C &E Marina they did a fabulous job also, and you cannot beat a sunset cruise and finding all the little beaches along the lake to park your pontoon and relax, Alicia was very responsive but we really didn’t need her for anything, overall a 10 out of 10 from us, thanks so much for a great place to have our family vac, Mark

Annual family Memorial Day outing
We had a total of 15 adults & 4 children for the weekend. This was our first time at this property, but everyone liked it so much that we will probably be back! Great place for adults & children. Only problem was that the golf cart charger died the second day that we were there so had to hoof it up & down to the lake!

Wow! What a fantastic home to celebrate Thanksgiving in with our family! The home is spacious and clean and filled with toys and games for the kids and grandkids-even legos, a play station and foosball! Kitchen is quite well equipped for cooking. The outdoor patio is great as a gathering space and for enjoying roasting marshmallows in the fireplace. Kids enjoyed fishing off the large covered dock. We rented a pontoon boat from Harbor Lights Marina and had so much fun exploring and fishing on the lake. Alicia is a wonderful host who answered all our questions . We extend a big thank you to Alicia and her family for sharing their fantastic home. We hope to go back during warmer weather so we can swim and enjoy the beach area and kayaks.

From the communication prior to arrival to check out everything was perfect! The house has everything you need. They truly have thought of everything. The interior is perfect for a large family. The golf cart is a must to carry everything down to the dock. Plenty of room for a large family. We will be back!
