Amerai un tranquillo cottage privato a 30 piedi dal Brook. Questa proprietà si trova alla fine di una strada boscosa con un grande cortile pianeggiante perfetto per essere scalzi, una piccola casa separata, una grande buca per il fuoco e la massima vita all'aperto in campagna !! Se ami la natura e la privacy dei boschi ma ti piace essere vicino al centro, questo è il posto perfetto per te! Posizione appartata sul lungomare che avvolge quasi 180 gradi attorno al cottage con le tue piccole e tranquille cascate private ... Questo è Mountain Paradise! Goditi i suoni del rilassante torrente dal tuo mazzo avvolgente privato che conduce al tuo bellissimo cortile piatto e alla tua piccola casa! La piccola casa è uno spazio bonus in quanto non è riscaldato in questo momento.

All'interno offre un concetto aperto e una grande sala con alti soffitti a volta. Riscaldati con un camino a gas (vedi video) e un ampio piano aperto con tutti i comfort moderni di cui tu e la tua famiglia avrete bisogno. Il caminetto a gas è un deposito aggiuntivo per l'uso delle utenze di $ 50 che deve essere pagato in anticipo ($ 100 se più di 4 notti) questa non è la fonte di calore.
Goditi lo spazio di 3 camere da letto con una master suite King con bagno privato. Perfetto per gruppi più numerosi o famiglie con bambini in quanto abbiamo anche una piccola casa sulla proprietà con vista sul torrente con la sensazione di una casa sull'albero. La struttura offre meditazione e completa privacy nella tua piccola casa inclusa nella bellissima proprietà! Il master ha una grande Smart TV. Una cucina inossidabile rinnovata con sala da pranzo privata può ospitare 6 e accogliere tutti. Abbracciamo la mentalità familiare così lasciamo alcuni condimenti in frigo!
Il cottage sul lato del torrente è estremamente adatto alle famiglie che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Questa proprietà è davvero unica nel suo genere con un lussureggiante rododendro che circonda la casa, inoltre si trova alla fine di una strada senza uscita privata. Questo cottage ha mobili confortevoli in tutta questa bellissima casa a un piano, vista sul lungomare privato del torrente, pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere all'aperto, una piccola casa per i bambini o per godersi il riposo e la meditazione (non è arredato per dormire) Il torrente ha piccoli trota di ruscello per la pesca (bastoncini non forniti).
La serenità del torrente sarà qualcosa di veramente speciale e memorabile per la tua vacanza in campagna.

First, and not the biggest problem, is that we never received codes or emails about checking in. We waited till a half hour before check in to email the owners on how to get in to the rental. No reply. I called at check in time and NO ONE ANSWERED. my cousin who just so happens to live a few houses down suggested that maybe the owners would answer a local number. So she dialed the number given, put the phone on speaker and the owner picked up on the first ring. Like out of area people wouldn’t rent a rental. The lady gave a story about the website not working. Ok fine. Oddly enough, the email with checkin codes came in 10 minutes after the phone call was over. Ok fine. No problem we’ll get on with unpacking and enjoy Thanksgiving.
The lead; the house sleeps 6 and has 2 showers. Great. What you’re not told is the master shower had no hot water. So 3days before thanksgiving I send an email about the hot water. She responds with sending an email saying someone will be over at some point. Great, thanks, these things happen. We get up and go, come back and the repair man had been there and left his gloves. Awesome, I leave a grateful email and let the owner know the repair man left his gloves and we left them on the table when he comes back. I check the shower; still ice cold well water and the hot water never kicks in. I message her the day before thanksgiving no response. 8 hours later, I call, no answer. I messaged and called her for 3 days and she STILL has not responded. 6 people using one shower for the exorbitant price they scalp you with.
To a lesser degree; the kitchen area and dishes were greasy and dirty. The showers were dirty. Every room had burned out light bulbs. The dining room light fixture didn’t even have bulbs in it.
All of that would have been understandable if the owners wouldn’t have ghosted us and our problems marooned in their dilapidated house. It was Thanksgiving, we paid way too much, my family had to share a tiny bathroom, the lights were out, and if it had not been for my cousin we would have to scrape some place else to sleep.
We’re not interested in being bribed with any kind of refund. People need to know. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. They can keep ghosting these stranded renters

Nice rustic home with a lot of character on quiet property with creek flowing around to listen to and explore. Very relaxing and comfortable, well appointed with everything you need, liked the coffee area,. Minor mis cue with check in procedures yet owner solved and everything worked out great. We came in for a game and property location to campus is great, would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a soccer tournament and also to celebrate Mother’s Day and our 2nd sons 10th birthday. The kids loved the house and the creek was amazing! Although, not really a fishing creek. But it was fun to play on the rocks. We weren’t sure what we were supposed to do with our trash. We ended up leaving 2 bags behind unlike the requested 1 bag. We just didn’t know where we were supposed to take it. Having 4 kids, it’s impossible to only have 1 bag of trash for 4 days. The house was in a great location, just minutes away from everywhere we needed to be! We enjoyed eating at the Peddaling Pig right down the road. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed family game night with the family games in the house! Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We enjoyed every second!

Loved the place, very secluded at the end of a road with a beautiful stream running on the edge of the property.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The deck was full of leaves and very slippery. The lighting in the kitchen/living room wasn't very good. Several rooms didn't have blinds or curtains and a lot of trash laying around outside. Access to the creek was great. The area was quiet and not far from shopping and restaurants.

Our kids, age 4 and 6, loved playing around the creek, the little kids house, and going on hikes around this great house. As the owners say in their description, the house is older and it doesn't have all the things that come with a newer house. With that in mind this is a great house because of the location. It is right beside a babbling creek that is wonderful for kids to play in. We went on short hikes to explore around it and we felt comfortable letting the kids play outside all by themselves. The house is at the end of the road and really gives you the feeling of being out in the country and it is only 5-10 minutes from the Pedlin Pig! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We really had a good experience and our kids didn't want to leave! We would love to stay here again in the fall.

Everything was great! Cute little cabin on the creek. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time but still had a blast. I took off two stars just because of the uncleanliness and onsects inside. Definetly grime built up all around cabinets and kitchen with ants frequenting the house. There were also flip-flops and dirty towels left at the deck area. 100% left it cleaner than found it. Not sure what the cleaning fee was for, for the person in front of us at least. Would rent again for a golf trip or something with buddies.

Belatedly realizing there’s no a/c, I was assured that with windows open we’d be comfortable. Well, we actually bought fans to assure some air flow for us. Upon arrival we were alerted to an inoperable bathroom sink. We also learned after inquiry that one of the ceiling fans & lights in living area were also out of order. This issue proved significant in that there are only 2 lights in the sitting area and the fan was seriously needed due to the heat & high humidity in the cabin. The coolest it ever got inside was 74 with high humidity. We attempted to open the sliding doors for air, but due to lack of inadequate screen doors, we had to close to eliminate bugs entering. The light over the stove was also out, making the living area very dark after sunset. Added to that was the overwhelming smell of pet urine that permeated the house but was highly concentrated in the master bedroom; this prevented my husband & I from any semblance of a full night’s sleep. We feel that we were had & didn’t get the value expected

We had a really great time, the land surrounding the house is beautiful and feels so remote but is only 10 minutes to downtown. And it's an easy drive to Rough Ridge Lookout and Julian Price park which were great as well. Definitely would recommend!

This was a great escape from the heat and urban life of Raleigh. Sleeping with the windows open and the constant sound of the creek was very soothing. Great location!

The location of this cabin was perfect. The stream setting was great to let our 5 and 3 year old go down and splash around. There is no AC in the house and that was only an issue around bedtime. Just bring a fan and let it pull in some air from a window and you will be fine. There are a couple of things in the house that could be updated but it didn't take away from the fun of the trip.
