We cannot say enough about how great this villa is!!!! So close to the walls of Lucca but yet the property is so quiet and peaceful. And the views are simply beautiful. We were a group of seven on an early summer vacation celebrating a college graduation. The villa was just perfect for us. The bedrooms leave many sleeping options and the A/C in the rooms is a real bonus - especially because of this year’s European heat wave. And the pool and shaded outdoor spaces provide terrific outdoor living spaces with once in a lifetime views. Villa is a 10, grounds are a 10, pool is a 10! Our trip was idyllic! Emilia the owner is very responsive and very helpful with great restaurant, excursion and practical suggestions. She helped to arrange for a private chef - you must book! Meals were just amazing and perfect on the patio. Very close to Tuscan beaches, La Spezia (train to Cinque Terre) and pisa and Firenze. We are looking very forward to returning! Brava Emilia! From the drive thru the gated property you will be in awe of this spectacular villa. The grounds are very well maintained and the salt water pool is beautiful. The villa can accommodate a large and extended families or friends. It is an old but very charming home that is very clean and very comfortable. The location is convenient to many sites and close to large super market. Our host Emilia was easy to contact and very helpful with recommendations for booking of chefs, massages, and any information needed. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning again. Thank you Emilia for sharing your home and all your help. Marco and family !!!!

We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children, staying for just one week. The house was very spacious, as was the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio, enjoying meals and wine out there every day. There is also a separate patio with a pingpong table that the kids loved! The bedrooms were of decent size and most were comfortable, though a few could use a new mattress. Kitchen was very well equipped and they even provided wifi extenders for the bedrooms! Property manager and owner were both very responsive to our needs. Overall, it was a great stay and the house was truly beautiful. You can tell that the owners put a lot of love into it!
