Apartment in the heart of Florence between history, art and culture
L'arredamento in stile classico, i soffitti in legno ed i pavimenti in parquet rendono particolarmente piacevole il soggiorno in quest'appartamento, che nonostante si trovi in una delle strade più vivaci di Firenze, riesce ad essere molto silenzioso. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico e ci sono 40 scalini. L'appartamento è composto da un ampio soggiorno con cucina, una camera da letto doppia, un salotto con divano letto e bagno con doccia. I servizi che offre l'appartamento sono: connessione Adsl, rete wi-fi, aria condizionata nella camera da letto, Tv Lcd, frigo, lavatrice, forno, tostapane, forno a micronde, bollitore, asciugacapelli, aspirapolvere.

Hard to beat this property location. Very close to the cultural epicenter of Florence and yet quiet for sleeping. Lots of room and comfortable. Carla is a wonderful host. Great experience.

If you are looking for an historic property right around the corner from the Duomo, then I highly recommend this property. The apartment is on the third floor tucked in the back and is quiet considering the hustle and bustle going on outside. My favorite part, besides the extreme cleanliness, was being able to see the bell tower from the bed. The host Carla is very helpful and accessible. She left me a customized gift of gluten free pasta and biscuits which is an amazing gesture. The kitchen has everything you need to make a fine meal or eat at the wonderful restaurant on the street below the apartment, La Cantinetta Osteria con Cucina. This was a great vacation.

This apartment was perfect for a stay in the heart of Florence! Great location just off the Piazza S. Giovanni near the Duomo and close to many of the Medici museums and palaces. Good restaurants close by and grocery store just across the street! Carla took care to ensure we arrived safely by meeting us directly upon our arrival. She also helped with parking and taxi service which is a challenge but went smoothly. From the bedroom windows you can view and hear the Duomo bell tower!! Overall, fabulous stay with special touches from Carla, highly recommend. The apartment is on the third floor of the building with steep steps and no elevator.

Carla was wonderful!! She drugged my girlfriend’s bag from the station to the apartment. Location was A ! One small note to Carla. Wash cloths would be great for the bathroom shower. A note to travelers if you are older or disabled, the walk up the stairs could be difficult. Other than that wonderful!!
