The place was relatively clean but lacks cooking utensils. The space was adequate for us. The pool was great for the kids and used everyday including when it turned cold because the pool was heated. Nice having a washer and dryer. Location was good, close to many restaurants, block away from the beach. All in all it was a good trip.

First.. Easy check in without any issues. Then the location was great with access to the beach and to the main road. The most important thing about this trip was how much room my family had with this beach house. Will definitely be back.

This rental was by far the best where my family and I have stayed. The cleanliness of the whole house was excellent, the pool was pristine and clean. And the staff was really nice and friendly always checking on us and our stay at this house. We are definitely going back on our next vacation. This company is really professional.a 5 star rating

Experiences we're great fast food restaurants with accessible and were within walking distance there were three bedrooms upstairs one small apartment downstairs downstairs we ate breakfast at Josephine's the food was hot delicious and almost free

It was close to everything! The private pool was the best part! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Conveniently located on the island you can walk everywhere or rent a golf cart next door. Would stay here again.

As far as the house goes, absolutely fantastic for a family or two. Two units, upstairs is a 3-bedroom, lower is a single-bedroom flat. Easy checkout. Location is far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but not inconveniently so. Pool was very nice. Lots of parking. Good aircon. Downsides: Foam mattresses quite firm, if that's not your thing, which it wasn't for us. Water heater was hit-and-miss. Had to manually reset it a couple times, we had the occasional cold shower. On the plus side, management company always answered 'phone quickly.

The over all it was a great place to stay. When we arrived we weren’t able to get in the bottom half of the house but we were able to get a maintenance there to help. The place is close walking distance to the beach. The pool was amazing because kids had a blast.

Pros:Loved the home with plenty of room, comfy beds, and a nice pool. Also quite private and quiet. Easy and rapid access to everything. Things they missed: no towels in guest bath, kitchen downstairs without a coffee maker, forgot to put trash bags in downstairs kitchen trash, pool light didn't work or I couldn't find it. Check in time too late, check out time too early. Overall Still gets an "A"

The house itself was slightly different than in the pictures. Decor was changed, fire pit feature was missing, the pool appears to have been remodeled and looks like it had a waterfall device, but that doesnt work. The house is only upstairs. The lower level of the house next to the pool is vacant which would have been wonderful to use with the kids needing things and going up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are small. Under my bed I found several pairs of shoes and a half eaten bag of chips. The pool was warm, so that was nice, the house was stocked with what we needed including washer and dryer. Spacious bedrooms, good beds, It was a very short walk to the beach. Quiet part of town, golf cart rental place within a short walk as well and they had good prices. It worked fine for the short stay. Kids liked it a lot but I felt it was more for a younger crowd. Not ideal for older people.

I really wanted to leave a great review considering SPI was very helpful and pleasant with rescheduling our vacation from last year. Check in was extremely easy. Upon arrival to the house a toilet was out at the curb next to our house the entire stay. The house was clean at first, but within hours of being there a sewage smell occurred and stayed the duration of our stay. At times it was unbearable to where we had to keep doors open. It was coming from the spare bathroom where the water leaked the entire time from the bottom of the toilet. The bathroom stayed wet constantly. We had towels down to absorb, but the washing machine was not efficient for use for more that 4 towels to be washed at a time. Be prepared to not have a dryer available. Clothes and towels never completely dried even after 4 hours in the dryer. We ended up hanging things outside to complete drying. Not a big deal, but if you have kids, a leaky toilet and in and out of the pool it becomes taxing when trying to keep up with towels. The pictures are a bit misleading of the house. The home is not in that great of shape. We paid about $4000 for 5 days and in my opinion, I could have and probably should have gone to a 5-star resort for that amount. The pool was a saving grace for the kids and the fact that it was heated was a plus. I do not recommend this rental and will never rent again. I know pictures are sometimes deceiving, but this was downright dishonest.

The Property itself was easy to access, spacious and has a heated pool. Only a couple of minutes to the beach, 1 minute from a Golf cart rental store. A couple of minutes from restaurants and shops. We had such an amazing time, and will definitely be renting again through SPI rentals for our next vacation. Highly recommend this particular property, as it has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with large beds, and again a heated pool with a fountain!

We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation for our family of 4. It was the perfect size and very clean! The pool was a wonderful addition to being able to walk right down the block to go to the beach. Many wonderful restaurants close by and quiet neighborhood.

Great location, very close to the beach literally a 2 min walk! Pool was great, very spacious. However the house does need a lot of improvements starting with the restrooms, very old shower heads literally felt like no water was coming out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, 2nd bedroom sheets were stain but my guess is because of how old the are stains don’t wash off.

Some things you'll need to bring yourself, because it was not provided: salt, pepper, coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, cleaning spray (for counters and whatnot). Those are just some items I'm used to seeing at rental homes that were not provided here. The freezer takes a long time to freeze your items, so just keep that in mind. Overall, this was a decent house in a great location... everything is at your fingertips.

Great experience. House was clean and well-appointed. This was for a group of 6 (three couples) staying for a suprise birthday weekend for my wife. Pool was perfectly clean and swimmable (I'm a pool owner, so kind-of picky). Checkin-in process was easy, and keyless door-code approach worked well for us.
