Fraser Place Puteri Harbour

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, whether for a business trip or a family vacation. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very happy with both the hotel and its convenient location. The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions and activities, making it an excellent choice for both work and leisure. The view from the hotel was also pleasant and added to the overall experience. The location is conveniently situated near Hard Rock Cafe, and guests can also enjoy boat rides nearby, which is a great option for relaxing and exploring the area.

The swimming pool is pleasant, although it could perhaps be further enhanced to make it more family- and child-friendly, especially for guests travelling with young children. The gym is also quite basic, but it provides the essential facilities for a simple workout.

Washing machine facility

Not much tv Channel to watch

Location Modern

It was almost perfect. Just noticed the cupboard where the fridge was located was damaged and dirty

I liked the sea view

The toilet was breaking down - handlebar was loose and there was no hot water in the shower. The staff were not very well trained as we received differing instructions on carpark validation
