The unit itself exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. It had great amenities, such as a washer and dryer, full kitchen and dishwasher.

While the unit was fantastic, the property/building was run down. the lobby needed an upgrade and there were no amenities with the building. The hallways had stained carpeting and needed painting. The atmosphere was dingy and reminded me of dated student housing.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. We liked that it was in the middle of Chinatown with plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance. The hotel was quiet and the area we stayed in felt safe. We liked that it was set up like a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and big bathroom. There was plenty of space, and if one of us went to bed before the other -- the bedroom was in its own room and closed off from the living room. Local metro stops were also close -- only a few minutes to walk to stations. The building is multi-use, and it has hotel suites, apartments and a Verizon workspace. The hotel elevators are separate from the Verizon elevators. We never had to wait for the elevators. We were given a Key FOB which we had to scan to get into the building -- this meant the building was secure and people couldn't just wander in. We also entered and exited the building several times a day and never saw anyone in the halls on our floor -- it felt safe, comfortable and quiet overall.

Our biggest complaint would be that despite the bathroom being very large with two sinks -- there is no bathtub and the walk-in shower is tiny. The shower also had NO SHELVES in it, so soap and shampoo had to be put on the shower floor -- this is pretty unacceptable given how nice the rest of the hotel suite is. The showerhead also barely moved, and the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor during showers. The whole bathroom was a little disappointing -- it felt designed by a straight, single man vibes. Minor complaints would be some cut-corners in construction -- the bathroom shelves under the sink were lop-sided and the TV mounted in the bedroom was crooked. The Wi-Fi was also bad. The TV in the living room would often pause or go blank while it was on due to the bad connection. And using cell service was faster and easier than the bad hotel wi-fi. We didn't care about this much -- but our view was basically a derelict building under construction next-door. There's also no free breakfast or anything like that (which we didn't care about, but it's worth noting). The good heavily outweighed the bad, but the bathroom and spotty wi-fi were a real disappointments.

La scortesia nell' accoglienza: siamo stati dileggiati e trattati con sufficienza da una giovane ragazza con i capelli rossi al check in a causa del nostro inglese incerto. Ripetuti e martellanti messaggi con richiesta degli estremi della carta di credito nonostante avessimo saldato il conto con 20 giorni di anticipo e avessimo richiesto l' intervento di booking. Rumori notturni per lavori sulla strada nella notte tra sabato e domenica. Scarsa dotazione di saponi
